Store is very dirty. Freezer holding food is broken. Expired , molded foods. Boxes blocking the isles. Lazy cashier named christine sitting instead of doing any work , when clearly there is lots to be done. If i could give 0 stars , I would.

Not enough checkers and help, empty shelves, hard to get down isles because of stacks of inventory to be stocked and dirty.

I went into this Dollar Tree on my lunch break to buy a few things. One of my coworkers had a birthday so I was getting a balloon to take back with me. One of the DT workers was just sitting at the register with her head resting on her hand, pretty certain she was asleep. My experience with this lady was just so awful that I made a point to look at her name tag just to come write this review, her name was Robin. I never do these reviews, so I don't say this stuff lightly. I asked her to blow up the balloon and she couldn't be arsed to move, she called another worker up who looked very busy at the time, meanwhile Robin continued to sit there basically sleeping. When I went to checkout she was still there, she looked incredibly annoyed that people were in her store (the audacity- how dare us shop at a store..?!?) I also had a PREGNANCY TEST to purchase and she VERY LOUDLY announced it and kept asking me about it in a very rude way, pretty sure she was implying I'm too old to have a baby but I'm not even 40. I've never been more offended and insulted than I was by that!!!!! That wasn't even the worst of it! I had a coworker in the store also on our lunch break who overheard the entire thing and by the end of our work day everyone at work was asking me if I'm pregnant. I'm a very private person so honestly now I just feel very vulnerable at work and dread the thought of even going in. I've been in tears over this multiple times since leaving the store... Just full public embarrassment on a level I've never experienced. I would leave ONE STAR for this review if she was the only worker in there, but the other woman that she called up to do my balloon was very kind and ONLY for that reason I added a second star.

Had to pick up a gift bag and balloons for a birthday. They had everything I needed. However, there was only one register open, causing a long wait.

Store was super cold. Both store doors were wide open, possibly because of the place being so cold. Can't imagine their electricity bill ! Fridge in rear were partially full. No regular priced items - just the $3 and up items.

I’ve been a couple times recently and they’ve been working hard getting products out. They’re a busy store. I took a star off not for the business itself but for whoever owns the building because it’s ridiculously hot and the air should’ve been fixed long ago. It’s kind of dirty but they’re doing the best they can. Another star was taken off for the very nosy cashier who asks what every little thing I’m buying is for.

This is the best Dollar Tree in the HSV area. Always well stocked, organized, and clean. Other stores have empty shelves and boxes waiting to be unpacked crowding the aisles. Not here. You can tell they take pride in their store. You can usually find things here that are seen on the website that many other stores don't carry. Staff is very friendly, too!
