First off, we were double charged. We had paid hotels.com to book, but the hotel also charged upon arrival. My husband questioned them and they insisted we only reserved the room, not paid for it online. (Hotels.com is refunding us after multiple phone calls back and forth). Room smelled Iike mildew/high humidity. Bathroom ceiling was actually dripping from condensation & some mildew was on the caulking in the bathroom but I’ve had similar experiences in other AL hotels so that may just be a climate thing. Hotel room definitely could use some updating, stain removal, fresh paint, wallpaper, and minor repairs. Bathroom fixtures and bed linens were clean.
Walkability: Not much to walk to.

Horrible rooms! Upon arrival I did a full check of the room and the showers were extremely dirty! The bathroom overall was not clean. The counter tops were dirty which led me to having to do a full cleaning. The location isn’t bad but the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. If there could be some cleaning done (especially those carpet areas) it will help out a lot. I would not book at this location again, but I sure hope they start cleaning better.

The air in our room did not work, thankfully they had fans we could use. But when we asked this morning about getting a discount due to it being so hot all night, all they said they could do was give us points towards Hilton honors. Ridiculous. Didn’t even offer somewhat of a refund or just breakfast. There were cheerios all in the floor from previous guest, cookie crumbs on the pull out mattress and no sheets for the pullout mattress. When they did bring them, they smelled horrible. Will not be staying at this location again.

I will NOT be back to this hotel ever again! Personally I'd rather sleep on my car. At least I can regulate the temperature. It was conveniently located off hwy, but I was told it is not really a "safe" area by my local friends.
The front desk was less than polite. Housekeeping is the only reason I didn't give service a 1 star.
The room air would not stop blowing, even when I shut it "off" it blew straight on me all night, even my dog was cold.
Our allergies were set in high gear in the "pet" room they gave us, after I told the frobt desk we have allergies, the reply was "we just switched to pet friendly", as soon as we walked in, my dog snotted up. My hypoallergenic dog has horrible pet allergies, like myself. Which I told front desk who didn't give a damn, I had to go get Claritin D so I could breath as well.
The water in the sink didn't drain well but did get scalding hot, but the shower drained well and would not get hot enough. It was just a little more than luke warm, the Love's truck stop showers are better. Shoulda stayed in my car.
The halls were super loud, since they insisted we stay on 1st floor "we just became pet friendly". In order for my support animal (which i was charged for) to "clock out" and sleep, I had to turn sounds of nature up so loud that I had to wear earplugs so she would be distracted from the people yelling in the halls. I've never seen her on such high alert and we are diamond members who stay in a LOT of hotels, at least 2 nights a week.

Rooms are a little outdated and dirty . But service. Makes up in that lack.

This was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at.
-They didn't honor my company's negotiated breakfast.
-The hotel room was dirty. (Floor was slimy, bathroom was gross...)
-Room and hallway was very warm all week(AC was not working well)
-Hotel smelled like weed

I appreciate keyless check-in and out! I loved the quiet, spacious room. Even the in-room coffee tasted good. Overlooking the pool and dipping toes in it was relaxing.
I didn't take the shower that I was looking forward to though....saw the condition, started to clean it myself and gave up. See attached photos.
Still, I'd stay there again. It looked oks like some Tilex would b beneficial but definitely needs an update.

I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member and stay at Hilton hotels about 90 days each year. This by far the worst hotel in the Hilton chain I have ever stayed at. They had a day with not coffee out and the other days it was cold. The staff never even muttered a hello as you walked past them. The rooms are old and in mine the bath water faucet would not turn off completely. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My overall stay was pleasant. I love that my suite was spacious and featured privacy doors. Great- popular location, accessible to the highway, retail and restaurants. Not to mention the on-site Bistro 6K restaurant featuring delicious basic continental $15.00 breakfast, also serving dinner, bar, fittness center, outdoor pool, conference room and technology area. Last but not least , the exceptional customer service that I received from Chelandria during my stay was definitely appreciated!!

Close to Redstone and NASA, clean rooms, the place has some maintenance issues. There is water leak in my bedroom, badge readers for the outside doors didn’t work. Staff interactions is good, but could’ve more friendly. Overall, it’s a good hotel
Rooms: Clean, well kept
Safety: The outside badge readers don’t work. I noticed people putting rocks between the doors to keep them open.

We travel to a lot of hotels and I must say the staff here has been amazing. They even asked how our baby girl was doing when I came to the front desk for a water this morning. The food and the chef at the restaurant here was amazing. The breakfast was just a breakfast but for dinner we had the pizza and angus burger and was amazing. My daughter wanted to tip the kitchen staff because she said it was the best burger and fries she has ever had. He was super nice and talked to us a minute. I think he was surprised but my family likes tipping the chefs when we get amazing food. This is definitely my new hotel to use when visiting family in the area.

Staff seemed annoyed that the vent was broken in the bathroom and I was asking for maintenance. Basically shrugged shoulders.
Also breakfast is $15 per person to your room for sub par food. Nothing here is complimentary really.

The room was fine. The location was fine. The biggest disappointment for me was the gym. Needs to be improved.

Love that it was a Suite. Not as nice as one we stayed at in Greensboro, NC. Air conditioning made crazy noises when came on. Issues with toilet running. Bathtub spout had constant leak. Funny thing, we came in one evening and a possum running back and forth I. Front of main entrance! Finally left do we could get into
Our room.

I loved my stay. The customer service was impeccable. When we arrived, we were tired and hungry, the attendant was patient and helpful and showed us to the nearest Waffle House. It was A+ service. I recommend this hotel for excellent service. The hotel was clean and neat. I love it. The breakfast was stellar. It was nicely laid out. I was going through a difficult time due to family related emergency. I could not think clearly and I was worried. Just having the nice attendant, clean room, and breakfast took my mind off of worries. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Rooms: The room was very clean and beautiful. It was luxury. I loved the tree pictures, very warming. The entire design and layout looked like a magazine photo.
Safety: The hotel was very peaceful. We were exhausted from our 6 hour drive. We slept great knowing all was well. Very safe hotel.
