Called two hours before I made it to the store and spoke with Luke he said to ask for him when we got there he greeted us at the door. He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate

Prices are about $10 more than Walmart but good customer service, good selection. Was looking for electronic repair parts they did not have soldering irons. Very much more like a circuit city retail box store but not quite as expensive. BIG STORE, BIG SELECTION

Did an online order for pickup and got the notification that it was ready. Stopped by to pick it up and they hadn't even prepared it and had to go find it in the store. The people were nice but kinda frustrated that I was in a hurry and had to stand around waiting for them to go find my stuff on the shelf in the back of the store.

I’m new the area & came to get a TV for my kids & my 2year old son wanted to run around the store & started having a meltdown . The guy helping us maybe was a manager played with my son while I finished the transaction & the cashier gave me some kind words after seeing me overwhelmed & took my items to my car for me.
