The guys that work here are the best. They helped me get my pressure washer and surface cleaner up and running like new. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you understand your equipment. Very reasonable rates.

Avoid this place if you need Honda Engine warranty repairs on residential equipment. It will take 6 to 8 weeks minimum, including more than 2 weeks before they even look at it, and 3 to 5 weeks to submit a Honda warranty claim. They charge a $95 diagnostic fee up-front in case warranty is denied. After 2 weeks of no activity, I took my unit back, bought an $8 tube of gasket sealant, and fixed the oil leak on my brand new Honda engine myself. As an authorized Honda repair center, this place makes a Honda warranty worthless.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The owner is completely inappropriate and horrible customer service. They always try to upcharge you and try to sell extra stuff to you even after being clear that you don’t want it. The owner is a complete a-hole who comes out yelling at customers over a misunderstanding. I had my two year old baby with me and he was screaming at my husband in front of my baby and other customers. He is a hot head and I have never seen an “owner” run a business this way… so disappointed in his behavior. Will NEVER come back and so disappointed I even came here in the first place. Please take your business elsewhere. You’ll regret coming here.
Wanted to add that afterwards, a worker approached me and my family and apologized on behalf of the owner. I think his name was Chuck, very friendly guy and probably the only friendly one there.You shouldn’t be so rude and inappropriate that other workers feel embarrassed by you!!

I overheard the owner screaming at a customer in front of their poor little toddler.. and in front of other customers/workers. Very uncomfortable situation. Left immediately and won’t be giving my business to this place.

The question is, what CAN’T these people repair? I have had the supreme pleasure of taking three varied pieces of equipment (Craftsman air compressor, Porter Cable router, and Porter Cable air nailer) to Engineered Maintenance for repair. In all cases, the repairs were done, competently, courteously, quickly, thoroughly, and economically. If I could give this review 10 stars, then I would.
Duncan, the repair supervisor, is particularly noteworthy. He has over 18 years of experience, and could not be a friendlier professional. I was expecting my latest repair job to be completed in five or six days. The effort was completed in 25 hours. Duncan, I believe, responded to my self-directed comment, “Why do these tools always seem to break down right in the middle of an involved job?” with a shockingly rapid repair resolution.
Am I a confirmed believer in the professionalism and ability of this company? You better believe it. I am a customer for life, and if given a chance, you will be, as well. Kudos to Engineered Maintenance, you folks did it again!

This place was awesome. They are very helpful and very nice. The crew was extremely helpful and the store has a huge selection of makita tools, Diablo blades and router bit and other tools. The prices beat out larger stores and this is a family owned business. I drove from Tennessee to this store to buy my track saw and they were great. I will definitely do business here in the future

My Generac 15K generator needed some work done on it and Engineered Maintenance Services pick the unit up at my home, completed the work and returned it in 1.5 days. The personal were VERY polite and respectful. The repair rates including pickup and returning the unit was VERY REASONABLE. Very pleased with this company. Would highly recommend them.

The staff here at EMS are the best. Our business, Green"s Trim, has been doing business here for years. The guys/gals are always friendly and helpful. They have recently added on to the store and have numerous new tools and equipment. If they dont have something we need, my man Josh can usually get it. 10/10
