When I reserved the car, I was offered a special deal to get a premium car. When I arrived, there were no premium cars available, so I had to wait about 1/2 hour for the clerk to find a car, which ended up being a Honda Accord, but I was still charged for a premium vehicle. Then, when I returned the car on the day and time agreed, the car was still checked in a day late and I was charged an extra day, so I had to spend a lot of time to get that charge reversed. It was not a good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car this time.

Service was great, my vehicle was clean, and ready. Awesome vehicle upgrade because compact wasn't available. I was extremely happy with everything. I can't wait to rent again for my next trip.

The check-in process was quite long, but other than that the staff was very professional and helpful. Upon returning the car, Austin was very quick with getting me through the checks and getting ready to catch my flight.

Despite a short wait to receive the vehicle, our Enterprise experience was convenient and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and all features were operational. Pricing was reasonable.

I was assisted by Kim at the National Huntsville, AL location. She also assisted the enterprise customers. She was very pleasant and appeared to enjoy her job. She made a long wait at airport baggage feel like it went faster. Thank you for being present and keeping a smile on your face.

The people at your desk are friendly, helpful and efficient. BUT, almost every car I get from you guys at HSV (which is many) has something wrong with it! Expired tags, a recall that caused it to throw me all over the road, a vehicle thst kept turning itself to manual transmission just to name a few, and this time, the key fob didn't work! It was raining all week, I'm staying in a hotel with a long distance to the car and then I had to get the tiny key out. VERY FRUSTRATING. I don't have time to go back to the airport and exchange the cars every trip! Some I had to, but others I just dealt with. The prices are too high to have to "just deal with" anything. Please do better!

I wanted to fill out a survey to make sure that the employees that I met/worked with were recognized officially but I never received the survey. I had a really great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car At the Huntsville airport. First off the airport is a great size and easy to find everything. The car selection was really good too. I want to call out Caitlyn and Elsa for their help during the check-in and check out process. Big kudos to these two ladies. Thank you for your help and customer service! ❤️

The assistant manager Kendra Williamsat Huntsville airport is Very unprofessional after not responding for over charging my credit card for additional days that I was not reimbursed since 01/01. She has made promises about fixing the error but has not responded in 2 weeks.

I believe I am a loyal customer of Enterprise Rental. However, my experience at Huntsville Airport (HSV) on December 19th was extremely disappointing. I rented a Corrolla at 11pm on December 19th and returned it with a full tank around 5pm on December 20th.I returned the gas with a full tank, but Enterprise charged me an additional $28.30 for filling the gas with a full tank because I chose gas prepay when I rented the car.In other words, I paid for gas I didn't use, and this just doesn't make sense.I complained to the staff, but was told that since I chose gas prepay when renting, I would have to pay for the full tank even if I returned the gas with a full tank.Even if you choose gas prepay, it seems unfair to charge for unused gas. Therefore, it seems right to refund the $28.30 I paid for unused gas.

Huntsville,AL enterprise at the airports sucks really really really really bad. It taking me 2 weeks just for a receipt. You call no one answer's the phone. Then customer service Sherry Employees ID (E305RP) her attitude 30 thumbs down. Then sent me a receipt from France in French.
