The store manager (Brandon, I think) was upbeat, fast, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, tidy, organized, and the staff seemed to have a good relationship that felt professional and helpful. The manager had me on my way (in a free upgrade too) in what felt like 5 minutes! I've rented from the big 3 rental companies (Avis, Hertz, and Enterprise) and my experience here sold me on Enterprise for as long as I'm nearby. You could really tell these people were trying to go above and beyond to serve you. Can't say enough good things about them!

I had an exceptional experience at the Enterprise location on Bob Wallace Avenue, thanks to Brandon Williams. Although there was a wait when I arrived, he handled everything efficiently and with a genuine kindness. This is by far the best location I’ve visited!

Staff were very misleading in having an available vehicle ready when I needed it. Even after calling twice to verify a vehicle would be available they ultimately had no vehicle on site for me to rent. Management and front desk staff were very dismissive. Had we been told that it would be a first come, first serve basis I could have modified my schedule and planned accordingly. Being assured several times that a vehicle would be ready to go was incredibly misleading and caused a lot of chaos in finding an alternate means of transportation. I won't be using this company as I'd like to avoid this stress again.

Worst Experience No customer service. Made reservations to pickup car at this location. When we arrived. Told they didn’t have a car. Ask to see if the other location did. Told “you need the car so you can call.” Now we’re having to Uber to the other store. What a waste. Will NOT use this location again!

Best experience I have had. I used enterprise before and the customer service is always top tier. The branch manager Brandon Williams was very helpful and has an amazing team working with them. I got the car fast and it was clean and ready to go. Not only was the customer service great with me they also provided great service to another customer that was there fast and efficient. This location is very professional and never had any issues, thank you!

be warned! These people working at this place in January 2025 have no idea the different classifications of vehicles and they refuse to provide customers parking. They told me I could go to another property that I don’t know and go sign up for daily parking with them and refuse to offer compensation for it. avoid this place at all costs is my high and strong recommendation.

Brandon Williams is an absolutely outstanding manager. He needs to be recommended and promoted to the next rank. His energy is amazing, he went beyond his job description to make sure me and my wife were taken care of. I learned what it meant to help others by the few minutes I spent with him. OUTSTANDING JOB BRANDON!

My resertvation was at 1. It took them over 45 minutes to get me a car. While waiting there were four to five people in Enterprise clothing standing around and not helping as the line of customers grew and grew. Gunshots rung out in the enighborhood while we were waiting and Enterprise employees just make jokes about it.
Unsafe and poor customer service. I can't recommend that anyone rent from this location.
