Got an estimate on mechanical service before dropping off my vehicle. When I picked my car up, it was 150.00 more than the estimate. The reason given was their computer says that particular service takes 3.6 hours to perform. Why didn't they know that when giving the estmate? Also, is that the amount of time it actually took or they just charge by what their computer tells them? It would be understanable if they ran into an issue or found other defects. I was a little disappointed. However, the service was completed and good work was done.

I have had these folks perform an enormous number of maintenance tasks on my 2017 GMC Terrain. They've done a wonderful job on everything.

This place is great. I've been here a few times and the service is always super quick. I'm always able to get in and out right away. I never have to wait. I love that they show you your dip stick when done and check your fluids and lights etc. Kelvin is always super friendly and professional and is able to answer any questions I have. He goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is great! I will continue to come back here for my oil changes because of him. I always know I'm going to get quality work! More places need associates like him! The rest of the staff seems very friendly and professional as well. This place is excellent! They also normally have discounts you can find on their website that make the prices a great deal!

Rolled in today to get an oil/filter change. They took me in and got it done quickly - showed me the dip stick full with nice clean oil on it. Did a great job - will be back!

I've been using express oil change for car maintenance for a long time at various locations around town. This location is fairly new, and it's my favorite one. They get the service done quickly, and the employees are friendly, professional, and don't hassle you about services you didn't ask for. That's pretty much all I ask for in an oil change place.

I had an issue and took my truck in. Josh took care of everything and he was extremely nice. Every employee there met me with a smile and very polite. Josh went above and beyond taking care of me. I recommend this location for all your needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Express Oil Change for a while now, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kelvin, who handles all my oil changes. Whether it’s my personal vehicle or my work truck, I trust him to get the job done right every time. This is the only place I take my cars because of their efficiency—they get me in and out with a 10-minute oil change, which is perfect for my busy schedule. On top of that, they always keep me informed if there’s anything else going on with my vehicle, which gives me peace of mind. Excellent service and top-notch professionalism every time!

Tucker Johnson did our oil change. He was extremely polite, asked the needed questions to offer the Best products. I watched as he studied his computer to get everything right. He even reset my oil mileage reminder. I like the sticker placed in the top left windshield;but, prefer a smart car reminder.
I noticed that the oil is extracted out of the car by a sucking machine vs draining it the old fashion method. I have never experienced
or seem this procedure used. Tucker, I forgot to inquire about this. See you next oil change.
