Love shopping here online but the customer service in the store is beyond awful. I visited to do an exchange and walked in past a man who did everything in his power to avoid eye contact and did not greet me. I walked around looking for the pants I wanted and he continued to avoid me in the store until I finally bumped into him close to the register where he looked me dead in the eyes and said nothing. I asked for a fitting room and then decided I would rather shop online than give him any credit for making a sale in store today. I proceeded with my return and left. The young woman who worked there did not say anything as I departed. I will make it a point to only do returns here no matter how good the sale is.

My fiancé and I came in to find a last minute suit for a wedding we’re attending. Rory greeted us at the door and led us in the right direction style wise immediately. Such a great help from beginning to end!

Only seen one lady working when we went in. The men’s side was dark. Was like they didn’t even care to turn the lights on let alone offer assistance. The lady working wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. We left and ended up buying a suit at another store In the mall. I gave 2 stars because after about 5 minutes of us looking at the suit jackets and things she did ask us if we wanted her to get one down for us.

I went to return/exchange some items and they are closed already at 6:55 PM when their hours say they are open until 8 PM. Important detail for people who work late some days and are trying to make it in before they close. They need to update their hours.

I went to this store today at 2:45pm and it was closed. No sign or any notification saying why. I called as well and nobody answered. The hours said open.

I love some of the regularly stocked items at Express. I buy the 1MX Slim button up shirts and dress pants for my boyfriend and he said they are more comfortable than his casual clothes. And they carry so many sizes as well as slim/x slim/reg/long cuts so they don't need tailored. Some of the seasonal styles are not to my taste but I can always find something I like. Being a 5'5" slender lady, I really appreciate their many sizes options on the petit and long range. The quality of the clothes are normally very satisfying and so comfy. They recently had a big sale on this particular type of dress I've been looking for for years and they had it in TEN colors! The fabric was incredibly soft, much better quality than my original dress which came from a different store.Their sales are where they really shine tho. Because of the quality, some of their prices are much higher than I will normally invest in regular clothes. However I recently discovered the app and get regular discounts that can be used in store as well as online. They also have a decent rewards points program with many opportunities to get Express Cash towards your order. The app also has a much greater variety as they can pull items from other stores for home delivery. (I'm pretty sure they can do this in store as well.) I still visit the store, especially to try on stuff because the sometimes I'll like an item better sized up or down and wouldn't be able to decide that from a picture alone.Their styles are usually a nice combination of classy/formal wear and comfy/casual and even sexy. I don't buy all my clothes from here, but when I find a piece I like I usually buy multiples of (especially if it comes in different colors) because they good quality, well fitted and the sales really benefit you most buying multiple items. I included pics of the dress I mentioned earlier because I still don't know what this style is called but I was so glad to finally find it for sale at Express.

visited summer 2021A great place to find shirts that aren't XXL. Most dress shirts in Alabama are an enormous square shape. This place has a good selection of 'European fit' clothes. The staff is fine, and everything seemed clean and well organized. Other than being located in a dying mall, this location is great. Would go again.

Absolutely love this place but some of the $$$$ prices are absolutely ridiculous ? like 70$ for a men's shirt?! 4 stars for the clothes 2 stars for the prices???

Great service, polite and helpful staff, but I must mention that I drove 30 minutes to the store so I could have a security tag removed from a shirt that I purchased a couple of weeks ago and exchange some items. They removed the tag for me, and I decided to purchase another t-shirt while I was there. I get home only to realize that the security tag had been left on the new shirt as well. :/ It is an hour drive for me, so I decided to take my chances, and successfully removed the tag myself.
