Crystal was excellent in helping with my storage needs. She went over and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for in a storage unit. The unit was spacious clean and conveniently accessible. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I spoke with Ray today about the pricing of my units and she helped me and helped me understand the pricing of my units and was very sweet and very helpful. I look forward to speaking with her again. I do recommend renting from extra space they do work with you. I am a very satisfied customer😉😃

Very accommodating and helpful. Units are clean, and the staff is quick to answer questions and often offers suggestions that I had not thought of. Units are a good value and easily accessible to many areas. I really like the digital entry/exit and storage locks. I will use Extra Space Storage again.

I've never rented a storage place before so when I asked about it, I was a bit nervous but Whitely was super helpful and made it a pleasant ordeal. I decided to hold off on getting one for the time being but she was still super helpful and kind about the whole thing.
