My activity level was poor when I had my kids . Trying out F45 was challenging yet rewarding . The coaches were great in keeping up with my form . What is great is the workouts don’t put me at risk for injury like CrossFit did for me. They are open for modifications and will help if needed. Great atmosphere and everyone is very supportive ! I’ve lost 10lbs in a month.

Great gym, friendly and helpful instructors, clean facility. A great workout especially if you’re in a time crunch and want to work hard and efficiently for 45 minutes! Highly recommend!

F45 has been fantastic! It goes way beyond a standard gym membership. My workouts are all taken care of for me, I never have to worry about planning or switching my routines to work different muscle groups. The staff is certified and friendly. I've always felt welcome from day 1. I had an injury when I joined and they were able to work with me to tailor individual exercises to fit my needs. I've already seen and felt the results.

Started here about 4 months ago. Plenty of class times. Trainers are amazing. I look forward to going. Class style workouts keep me motivated. Five stars would recommend.

F45 has a friendly, positive atmosphere. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I love the versatility of the equipment and the different workouts that are offered. They have a very accommodating schedule.

This location has great, friendly trainers that truly cares about your form and progress. The workouts are never the same, and the cardio sessions never get easier. The structured classes and times help tremendously with being consistent!

I was very intimidated to go to my first F45 class but came with my cousins & now I’m hooked! This is coming from someone that is in the worst physical shape that I’ve ever been in and hadn’t worked out outside of taking walks with my kids in years! The fast paced workouts and upbeat music make working out so fun but without a doubt the best part of F45 is the coaches! Mitchell and Zack are so kind and encouraging, thanks guys!

I've been going to F45 for a few months now and I'm really enjoying it! Plenty of class times and variety of workouts throughout the week. All the trainers are so nice and friendly. F45 has a real sense of community unlike the other local gyms I've been to. I also appreciate the F45 social events throughout the year which is a great way to meet more members you may not see during your normal weekly workout schedule. I highly recommend F45 to everyone!

I joined F45 a couple months ago after I’d been working out at other HIIT gyms for years. F45 workouts are well thought out and efficient! I can already see a difference in my muscle tone in some areas of my body! Every single coach is amazing at this location! They offer you encouragement to keep going but also do an excellent job correcting form and giving modifications! I wish I would have joined sooner!

After working out consistently for several years, I was looking for something different and walked into F45 after my sister told me about it. Gyms can be incredibly intimidating and F45 was no exception, except it quickly turned from intimidating to welcoming as the staff showed me around and explained the unique workouts. It only took one session to know I had found something different. Something new I really enjoyed! If you’re looking for something to mix it up, I cannot recommend it enough!

I did a week trial with F45 and really enjoyed it! I’m not an expert on workouts that’s why I like how you come in and your workout is already planned out for you. Also the trainers are great and very encouraging help you with your form. I highly recommend F45 to everyone!

Since my very first day at F45 they have treated me like family! The coaches and the members are so welcoming! I typically switch gyms every few months but I’ve stuck with F45 for a little over a year now! Every workout is different so you will never get the same thing and that’s what I love!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my last 6+ months at F45. I started off with some trial packs and have progressed into a full-time unlimited member. The coaches are great and know just how to push each member to be their best self. If you are considering joining, I strongly encourage the Lionheart Monitor to keep track of your daily burn. It’s help motivate me to compete against myself and the prior day’s scores.
