We ordered a sign for our church. This is a case, sign with lighting. We had a very good experience, selecting the sign, getting the proper sizing, and getting the design that we want. Installation was also done very well.

I wanted a banner for our 50th Graduation Celebration. I stopped by Fastsigns In Huntsville, Al. When I walked in, I was greeted by a couple of very pleasant people by the name of Ivonne and Journi. The greetings I received pretty much sold me. I'm a big fan of customer service and they certainly met my expectations. The banner they made for our class reunion received some many compliments from my classmates. I would highly recommend Fastsigns for your sign or banner needs. If I have another need for this type of service, I will certainly contact Fastsigns.

I had a disappointing experience with Fast Signs. I visited on a Friday, clearly explained my needs, and received an estimate after they took the necessary measurements. Everything seemed straightforward. However, when I called the following Monday to pay, I was told the employee who originally helped me “didn’t know what she was doing.” They then sent me a revised estimate that was nearly double the original price. This was extremely frustrating and felt unprofessional. I had trusted the initial process and was let down by the lack of consistency and accountability.
