Deandre Bevilacqua went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of..I explained what occurred prior to me coming to Firestone.He is polite, well mannered,has a sense of urgency, and great telephone skills. I received a oil change. From start to finish it was only 30-40 minutes. Give Deandre a raise!

The customer service is awesome! Brian (at the front check in) is ALWAYS friendly! It is evident that Brian wants his customers to know they chose the best place to come for service. The technicians seem very knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things and answer any questions. I am and plan to continue being a repeat customer!
I believe they truly appreciate us doing business with them!

As an employee of this company i came in to purchase a tire for my truck that was stranded on the side of the road with my family and the guy upfront told me “he needed proof of ownership of my vehicle to buy a tire “… what in tarnation ?!?! Never have i ever heard of that policy i was highly dissatisfied of his unwillingness to learn to do the job correctly… wouldn’t recommend this store …

Joshua was a very classy army upfront gentleman I am army myself and he knows about customer greeting focusing on customer needs thank you for a great job Brian as well knows his job and I give props to Brian as well and also give props to the technician Mr Technician who worked on my car you are a good ambassador good citizen for Firestone thank you for working on my car man you know what you're doing y'all keep up the good work man. Manager them guys deserve a $5-$10 raise on their checks. Them guys deserve Mr. Manager
Them Technician deserve credit and please be patient be patient they're working with less people and you have to be patient you might have to wait but it's worth the wait. They're working with less workers and more work so you have to be patient with the technicians and their technician get a heck of a good five-star for me to.
