Received the best service! Was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. The staff was friendly and communicated with me about my vehicle and explained things to me in a manner that was easy to understand about what needed to be done and I felt very taken care of. I am back on the road and I feel safer knowing they took care of my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back for any of my vehicle needs.

This is my favorite Firestone, anytime I have a problem they figure out what it is & fix it efficiently and quickly! Gunny was very helpful & every time he’s always there to help. Go pay them a visit!

Personal we're nice, did a brack job payed over 500.00 pads were no good put some more pad steal not good. Press brack just stop ruff, not a very job just be we're.

Edit: Feb. 2025: the work has fallen short the past three times we've gone here. Taken all day for one tire to be put on, even with the first appointment for the day. A botched brake job that we've had to bring back twice and it still squeaks during braking and runs during turns.

I am able to schedule an appointment through the app and drop off my vehicle. Best part is the work I request actually gets done. There is one particular Firestone location I pass to get to the Bob Wallace location that I stopped going to because they take too long to get my car back and all the work I request won’t get done. Also the email communication worked well. I didn’t have to call the store for the status of my vehicle.

The attention to detail and experience of Wayne is impressive and so needed in this industry. The whole experience was easy and professional, the waiting room was a little ordinary but overall its nothing when you really want someone to take care of your vehicle needs.
