They were honest enough to tell me a more affordable option and did fast work, will be returning when I need a new set of tires.

I was in a bind with a dead battery. They got me in the same day and did some other work I needed such as oil change and coolant flush. Tabitha went out of her way to help me get it all scheduled. They were super busy but hey, Starbucks is walking distance, so I chilled there for a few hours. I appreciate them taking care of my car and at a reasonable price.

Waste of money, brought in for specific diagnosis. They charged me for vehicle inspection which told me everything i already knew. Did not diagnose the problem. They performed basic inspection any High school kid can do. I don't believe they are using skilled / seasoned mechanics. IMO.

Friendly, accomodating, and got the job done. We had our car towed there for a flat tire. New tire reasonably priced.

This is the slowest fire stone I’ve ever been to came here thinking it would be done right with reasonable time I’ve waited 4 hours never again will I come here. When I said something they made an excuse I don’t believe it takes 4 hours for oil and tire change.

We had our tires replaced on a BMW over the weekend and we had a great experience. They informed us of our options, fixed the vehicle up when they said they would, and we’re very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Feb-2023 Dropped my truck off for an oil change last year and they forgot to put a cap back on that regulates pressure. Check light came on soon after leaving and next day as I was driving back my truck died on the highway and I had to be towed in. 100% mechanic at fault
Oct-2024 Dropped truck off in perfect working order for an oil change and basic care & now it does not start and they don’t know why. Suggested it the dealerships fault from 4 months ago when they replaced the transmission.

Horrible experience I will never be back to this location this place is ran by a bunch of people that are not welcoming to a particular demographic they also recommended things that I needed done to my car that I had just gotten replaced the day before the technician look me right in my face and recommended that I replace my windshield wipers and I had just bought a new set of them a day before I came to this location how can I trust you when you just lie to me in my face

Came by on 9/3/24 for an inspection because It sounded like my driver side CV axle was clunking and rattling. They confirmed that it was bad. I couldn't afford what they quoted me for the work so I paid the inspection fee and left.
My uncle is a mechanic and was in town so he helped me put a CV axle on the driver side that night.
On the 5th, I drove to Atlanta,ga and back with no issues from the CV axle.
On the morning of the sixth, it sounded like my dust shield was touching my rotator on the driver side so I took that wheel off and bent it away from the rotor. I also applied a little more grease to the back of my brake pads. I looked all around the wheel well and didn't see any leaks and my new CV axle still looked good.
After putting the wheel back on and driving a bit, it still sounded like the dust shield was touching the rotor so I called Firestone and told them what was going on and they told me to come back in for another inspection.
When I got there, they checked me in and I waited.
Finally, one of the mechanics came and got me from the lobby and told me he needed to show me something on my car.
When we got to the car, he said that I needed a new CV axle because the boots had been torn/ripped.
When I looked at the CV axle boots, they did not have typical rips.
CV axle boots do not rip in perfectly straight lines.
It was obvious that my CV axle boots had been cut with a razor blade or box cutter.
The boot closest to the transmission had been cut in an X shape and the boot closest to the rotor had been cut in a perfectly straight vertical line.
Last night, the 6th, my uncle and I replaced the driver side CV axle again with the same exact brand and I drove for about an hour. This morning,I checked the CV axle and there were no rips or leaks.
Some of the mechanics at this Firestone are creating work for themselves.
I've attached photos of the CV axle boots that were cut.

I made an appointment with Firestone and dropped off my vehicle at 8 AM, planning to pick it up by 4 PM. When I arrived at 3:45 PM, I found out they had just brought my car into the shop. This was the second time I’ve had this issue with them. Although the staff were polite and offered to reschedule, I decided to just have them put the tires back on and left. It's disappointing to have my time wasted twice like this. I won't be giving them a third chance.
