Quite literally the worst experience ever. Not only did they make me wait for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told it would be a one hour wait time, but they put the wrong oil in my car. The girl at the front Kayla had an attitude from the beginning and when I brought the problem to her attention, she tried to argue with me saying that it’s “recommended by the manufacturer” for my car to have the oil they replaced it with, when she was wrong. A simple google search can and does prove that they were in the wrong. They never offered to fix it or make it right either, but instead told me they were so booked up and had no time to fix the oil so my car engine isn’t completely destroyed. What’s even worse about this situation is that once I brought it to her attention that the wrong oil was put in my car, she tried to argue that it wouldn’t mess my car up in the least. Obviously that wouldn’t be true. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you would like to wait double the time you’re quoted and for them to potentially mess up your car and then for them to argue with you about it.
Edited: I left this review nearly three weeks ago. Since then, it has been commented to reach out to an email so the issue could be resolved. I have yet to hear back in those nearly three weeks. So not only will Firestone do all of the listed above, but not keep their word on attempting to resolve the problem. Just another reason not to go in my opinion.

Left front tire had a s few in the tread near sidewall. In the past when I have had warranty tire reapairs at Firestone Service Centers, I have not been charged for a new TPMS kit or balancing the new tire. So these charges were unexpected. Otherwise the service was professional and time taken was about as long as I had anticipated.

Elizabeth the store manager is running a excellent shop, she and her staff helped with my wheel that was warped from hitting a pot hole. I thought my wheels were not balanced correctly and they took the time to make sure I was taken care of and safe for the road.

Going to the Firestone on Weatherly was a great experience. Eric, the manager was wonderful. I knew him when he worked at the Firestone when it was on Redstone Arsenal and he always provided outstanding service then. The only complaint I have is the waiting area could use some housekeeping to include the bathroom.

I took my truck in for an alignment issue I have had since I purchased it 10 months ago. It was an involved job getting the steering wheel straight and the alignment correct. At least one other shop had not been able to accomplish the job. Brian and the crew worked on it most of the afternoon, but got the job accomplished and I am happy with the repair. Big props to Brian, the technician that did the work, maybe Ray was his name? I had seen him there before. And to Kayla. She took care of my paperwork when I picked it up, I got the Firestone card after she told me about it and the savings I would get just for applying. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Now I have alignment for as long as I own the vehicle, a Firestone card, and a truck with a centered steering wheel that drives straight down the road. I’m a tough customer to satisfy, very particular about my cars, but I am very happy with the alignment and the customer service. A+

Kayla was very welcoming and friendly, especially considering how close to closing time I arrived with my nail-damaged tire. I appreciate her top-notch customer service and the fact that the technicians notified me of my cars alignment problems before repairing it. It was a first for me to receive the alignment data printout, another impressive aspect of the overall outstanding service provided!
