learn how to take no for an answer. i don’t care if you’re having a sale, i stopped in for a single cold drink and your employee guilt tripped me into buying two more in this damn economy. i tried to say ‘i just want this.’ at the register when he asked me why i only got one and then proceeded to guilt trip me into getting another two for the sale. i get it sales were probably low that day but i am a young person who also works retail and we do not do these slimey tactics

Employees were great and personable. They were really concerned about my experience and wanted it to be the best. Have me some extra deals. Would recommend them to anyone.

Need to have someone dedicated to ringing up customers. Everyone in there talks too much and you stand at the register waiting without any acknowledgement. Both employees saw me standing there and said nothing.

I used to visit this location and the experience would be sub-par, OR no one would be at the front desk for LONG periods of time. That has changed in the last few months and I’ve been having great experiences. The staff is courteous and helpful and Heba especially is always extremely pleasant and a wealth of knowledge. Even tho I live past Madison, this has become my favorite GNC location ????

Outstanding customer service today! The woman who was working helped me set up auto delivery for my casein pm and informed me of the 10% that goes along with auto delivery which I knew nothing about. Also offered to put in special order for the casein flavor I was looking for since they were out. Thank you!
