I have really enjoyed being a customer here. Seth is extremely helpful, let's me know about discounts on stuff I buy there, doesn't pressure me into buying stuff I don't want (which is not the case at some nutrition stores). Prices are reasonable as well.

Has to be the worst gnc in the southeast, never open when it should be and the workers always have an attitude when you knock on the door or call to ask if they feel like unlocking the door for the 15 people standing outside waiting. Its worth just ordering online instead of wasting your time driving here just for them to not be open.

Absolute worst experience! My husband was trying to buy a product last night and the store employee told us that he was at 100% enrollment for getting people's phone numbers and emails and then he refused to sell us the product because we didn't want to share our phone number or email. He told us he would never sell to us and to never come back to the store! If I was the owner, I would be furious that my employee is passing up sales and treating customers so horribly!

Why would you close the store, and leave a sign up that says you'll be back at 5:25, when you're going to close at 7 anyways? And, during a time where people would stop on their way home from work. Not impressed

Went in 3 times in the last couple of months. The first time the lights were off and they were closed at 1 PM in the afternoon. The other two times the drink fridge was almost empty and the 2 employees clearly knew nothing about the fitness industry and supplements and cared nothing about fitness. Major disappointment and won’t be back to this location.

I’ve never had any problems with this GNC and the people are always so informed and nice, but today was crazy! They open at 9, and I even went as far as to check if they were unlocked multiple times when I was waiting, but the lights are off and the door is locked! I can give grace to 10 or even 15 minutes after they’re supposed to be ‘open’, I get it. But I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes to the t, and the lights still aren’t on! Super inconvenient, and like I said, I can understand a couple of minutes late to open, but it’s just poor management if it’s nearly 30 minutes after you’re supposed to be open!

Fix your store hours sign or make sure the store is open within the hours posted. Says Sunday hours are 11am-6pm, got there at 5pm and the door was locked and all the lights were off. Inconvenient and a waste of gas and time.

The white guy who is about 5’7 and has hair to his shoulder in there is extremely knowledgeable. They better keep him. Heck make him the store manager.

Stopped in today and was assisted by an extremely kind young man. He got me setup with auto delivery, membership and really worked hard to ensure I knew what I was getting in terms of shipping and perks; along with information about the supplements I was purchasing. I left extremely impressed by the store and the service.

Awesome store very professional. Seth answered every question, courteous and made a couple of additional purchases. I am making this my store and will return more frequently versus online. For sure southern hospitality at its best.
