Zero Stars!!! This store has zero regard for your product and your best interest. Once you purchase they do not care after that. Even after I provided them with sufficient information etc they were negligent on helping me. This also falls on their regional manager because a message was provided but they chose to ignore it. Will not do business with them ever again. Go to another music store & give them a chance instead of this store.

I’m from Atlanta and thought I would go check out this Guitar Center while In town. I wished I hadn’t. The only thing clean in this store was the sidewalks outside. As a professional musician and have shopped many guitar centers throughout the U.S. this is one I will never go back too. Empty cardboard everywhere!!! Not one piece of recording products on display except a small display of studio monitors. Drum room was horrible. Just stuff stacked everywhere in boxes and nothing to look at. Probably the only thing I could see on display was guitars in the acoustic room but by the first impression walking into the store, I didn’t even want to walk anymore. Only microphones I seen on display was live microphones. Atlanta’a Guitar Centers are clean and maintained and not a rat’s nest. Not one employee ask me did I need help. Was there 15 min and said the hell with it.

Hands down one of the most professional musical stores I’ve ever visited l. Alex & Seth C. Are the go to guys they have a wealth of knowledge from beginners to professionals. This store sells top notch gear and will walk you through the process of getting you what you need . A lot of people and stores don’t take the time anymore to help you but these ppl are great start to finish. I highly recommend this store and their employees for any musical purchases or advice. They have help me up my game in the music world just with their wealth of knowledge. Thank you Guitar center of Huntsville, & thank you Seth C. & Alex .

Huntsville store. Went to purchase a piece of equipment that showed "in stock", but was not. It was regular price too. Not a hot sale item or anything like that. There shouldn't be this much disconnect between the stores and the internet. The store and folks are fine. I always love going in to GC. The guy that helped me was nice. Please fix your website.

Im impressed with the customer service in Huntsville. The gear selection is decent, and prices have moderated somewhat. The store is also much cleaner than I've seen it in the past. Kudos to the team and management for the improvements.

I've read the reviews, heard the rumors, and had no expectations other than hoping they would let my 15 year old son play some guitars so he could get a feel for the different tones etc. From the minute we walked in we were home. We were greeted with energy and Seth took my son to the electric guitars, made some recommendations, plugged him into a double stack and let him shred. We spent about an hour and tried 7-10 guitars with Seth checking on us occasionally and offering really good insight. We had zero negative experience at this store! We had no intention of buying and left with a new ltd and hard case. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Very big, with a wide variety of accessories and equipment for guitars, piano and drums, they have a small book section with an assortment of guides and manuals, the only downside for me is the customer service, I felt like I wasn't very welcome there, the staff didn't really care if I couldn't find what I was looking for and they never offered to assist, even when I bought something they never made eye contact with me.Other than that; this is a good place to buy instruments and equipment/electronics.

I love coming here and buying new gear. The prices are normally good compared to other big box stores. It's the customer service that ruins the experience. Every time, i swear it gets worse. I still come though because of the selection they have. I bought this, but I almost walked out after waiting 40 minutes to get it down.

Y'all need to hire more people. It takes 20-30 min just to get help with an employee.

I went in this store today and it was a mess. Boxes everywhere, floors needed vacuuming and amplifier display’s were disordered and missing products. Please clean up the store.

Incredible. Very organized and you can tell where everything is by the outside. For example the drum center has a big drum on the outside and you just walk in. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And you can test out things as well! Please make a stop here. I will be going back. ♥️♥️♥️

Normally, I have wonderful service here. Everyone is usually really nice. But the past couple times I've gone in, I have tried to get assistance with something, and have been told to go to 3 different people. Each time, they SCATTER and run off to the break room when they see me or another person approaching. I went in Saturday, March 11th and got the run around from 4 employees. I just wanted to know what studio monitors come in pairs, as NOTHING was labelled correctly, and was actually going to buy some that day. Not only have you lost my business, but Amazon is cheaper, and I'll be shopping local for my guitar needs frrom now on.Do better.

It's an excellent music store. You can find most anything you need as far as music equipment and accessories. Literally everything from guitar picks to and sound equipment and everything in between. Staff is knowledgeable most of them playing instruments theirselves so they understand what you need sometimes better than you do. The prices range some brand-new guitars for around $100 too vintage instruments like Les Paul's as stratocasters if you're looking for that sort of instrument.
