Worst customer service ever. They had two people up front by the door didn’t even greet me or my wife when we came in also on there phones and giving customers harsh looks and the person on the register has a very rude attitude . The mangers are no where to be found at all or too busy to help anyone. The only person that was sweet and helpful was the little short girl kionya yall need more people like her or make her a manger or something . H&M really needs to step up there customer service or they are going to lose a lot of money .

Friendly and welcoming staff. Many store sales with great deals during the week that are unavailable on their online app. Compared to the nearby stores, it looks like they are doing good business.

I was refused buying a dress off the mannequin only to find out someone had the dress on hold. According to customer service holds must be picked up in 24 hours. How is it possible for them to have a dress on hold that can’t be sold. Additionally, I asked to speak to the manager Dee and was told she was on break. Dee was highly unprofessional and pray none of them find themselves in my situation where you are trying to find a dress with yellow for your second year cancer free party and yellow is your ribbon color.
