Room was nice but little things didn't work. The hot water in the shower was fine but there was no hot water in the sink. The clock in the room was broken and the trim was coming off the edge of the door. Otherwise the room was great. The staff was nice but half the time I couldn't find them at the desk. And then I'd have to wait for a while for them to show up.

When I arrived on a Sunday night, I was told immediately there was no wifi, it had been out for 3 days, no idea when it would be back. There was no bar, no restaurant. The nice lady at reception told me there was a Hilton Garden Inn next door with a bar. Walked down the street to that hotel, where there was a bar and a full restaurant serving meals. Should've stayed there. Couple of other disappointing things... there was a sign saying there was no water for 2 hours (?) in the hotel. There were hairs in the shower. I mistakenly chose the regular rate when booking my room, but was supposed to choose the govt rate. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change this for the second night I was there. The man at the front said nope. Nothing I could do. No help whatsoever attempted. Point made, Holiday Inn. Next time I'm def staying in the Hilton.

We stayed in a standard room with two queen beds. The room had the appearance of cleanliness until we turned back the sheets on the bed. One bed had blood on the sheets and pillowcase. The sheets on the other bed had brown spots on them. The desk clerk came up and changed out the entire linen on both beds. The following morning I noticed that there was blood on the wall. Because of this experience I rated 3 as my overall score.

Very nice updated/new hotel. Everything was very clean and they had a great set up in the rooms and in the breakfast area. You won't go wrong with staying here.Nearby activities: Right down the street from the Space and Rocet Center

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is really nice. The rooms are very accommodating. The one draw back is the simple essentials. I unpacked and ran to dinner. I came back to check things out and needed to prepare for my early risings. I looked and there were no bath towels in the bathroom nor the room. I called the front desk and they immediately brought up the towels. I went to use the safe in room and no matter what I did an error code appeared so that was useless. But the kicker was I woke up early and wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. I mean not a drop. It was ice cold. Wow!! I have not had a unwanted cold shower since I was in the desert, fighting a war!! After my experience I came down and talked to the front desk and was advised it's a hit or miss thing and she would let the owner know . Apparently they had complaints the week before. One other point was the cleanliness of the bathroom. They need a little more focus At mopping the floors and cleaning the shower. The complimentary breakfast is fair , generic and it needs more flavor.

It's older. The staff are very Pleasant and the facilities aren't horrible, but I'm only giving at three stars because at peak times the water is only lukewarm. Because of Covid they only clean your room every few days which is fine but because of short staffing when you call and ask for fresh towels or coffee you have to wait a little bit... I think it's the hotel was a little spruced up and they hired a few more people this would be a very viable place to stay

Had a reservation, arrived to be told they were booked with no room available although I called the holiday in number and made the reservation with there call center and received an email confirmation as well. Do not stay if you want a Guaranteed room.

Brand new building, rooms and pool look great. Location is very convenient to the highway. So why 3 starts? Management needs to smooth out the kinks, as there are many, and they got in the way of a great night.Checking in took over twenty minutes despite being second in line, our room had fruit flies, the coffee was out at breakfast, groups of loud college kids stayed up all night in the hallway, and the evening front desk worker was extremely unpleasant. (Gems included her coughing nonstop, rolling her eyes when I told her we needed a pet friendly room, not helping the group in front of us who were confused about if they paid or not).
