This was my first time renting a storage unit. I had a wonderful experience using the storage units at the Jordan Lane location. Whenever I had any questions or concerns with my unit Aaron and Morgan was always there to help. They assured me and made me feel comfortable knowing that my stuff will be safe at this location. Outstanding customer service they definitely go above and beyond for the customers

My experience with the Jordan Ln. Extra storage was nothing short of excellent. Aaron’s professional, friendly ,and polite; I can tell he really cares for the place. He gave me a tour with a smile on his face the whole time and made it much easier for me to pick the storage unit I was looking for and setting everything up was also really easy with his help. I definitely recommend Aaron M. to anybody looking for a storage unit.
