Called for battery and a possible complex install information on my Son's car. 2 competitors said no or high charge for install (My sons car, Lincoln MKZ, calls for professional install as battery is partially hidden under cowling and tricky to get to.) Gentleman on phone at Interstate said they have never had issue with this car type..cmon on by! My son took car in and 20 minutes later, he was headed home with new battery and free install.! Incredible service, helpful and now i am lifetime customer and will refer and recommend highly! We'll done and thank you.

Not helpful. Rude. Ripped me off and wouldn't honor the 1 year replacement warranty. I left and went and bought a battery at academy.

Here's ya a straightforward testimonial. I've used every battery made at 1 time or another. From a $39.95 Walmart battery to a $300+ and all in-between. Interstate batteries are easily and by far a more superior battery than any battery made!! If it's not an Interstate and quits on the road or in a parking lot today, it'll probably still be there tomorrow! So if you want it to start today, tomorrow and years after the warranty expires, make it an Interstate. Simple as that. .🤷♂️

Tom was absolutely commendable for his kindness today! He and his tech there were so very nice and helpful. I'm disabled and on my own, but felt like I was family. Not many people have such kindness these days. Thank you Tom and Interstate Batteries!

I came in 15 mins till closing with a horrible battery!!! These guys did not let me get away without giving me a new battery even with their work day being over. Graham and Jay immediately replaced my battery, made sure my car was safe to drive and the battery price was very affordable! The manager was also very pleasant and the service was quick!!! I highly recommended Interstate Battery for all your battery needs.
