This storage facility I rented climate control unit the inside was almost 90 degrees I asked the lady why it so hot on a climate controlled unit when normally other places are rented are 60 to 70 . She said that they set the thermostat at 85 also they will lock your storage 2 days after lateand lock you out of the gate .this is the worst place I have ever rented a unit from .If you value your stuff definitely not rent from I storage

This iStorage is in a good location in Huntsville. Gate to enter/exit always works & doesn’t close too fast. Was able to get a long uhaul truck in there easily (the 2-3bd one) and saw someone else do the same. I have one of the large, climate controlled units. It’s been 90 degrees multiple times when I’ve moved things in/out, and it was okay! Area inside and out is always clean, and their communication is great. They genuinely care about their customers.

Hard to reach office staff even during supposed office hours. I've had to take over paying for my daughter's storage, due to her health issues, so I'm often late, to be honest. They do with work with you on that. However, since we have been here, the rent prices keep rising yearly. We have paid thousands of dollars for this storage unit over the time we've been here. Also, the ceiling is falling in on our unit... It's been that way since we moved in. I'm always afraid it's going to damage our belongings.
