Kim Garner at Sparkman location was great! She was personable and answered any questions I had regarding the taxes. I would definitely use her and Jackson Hewitt again.

Our initial experience was not good, the place we initially booked called the day of and rescheduled from 11am to 4pm. We arrived at approximately 3:50pm and nobody was there. We waited until 4:20pm before calling the main number and they were able to book us 30min away. We arrived at that 2nd location and had a wonderful experience, however, the original appt lady called us at 4:40pm while we were otw to the 2nd location and asked if we were still coming, that she was almost there? Like ma'am, we were there and you weren't... maybe your employees should know where they are supposed to be and when? I do want to say that our second appointment location lady did a great job and we would definitely go to her again.

Kimberly at Sparkman Walmart lovation was amazing! She was patient and kind as i was having problems finding my w2 forms i had downloaded. She answered all my questions and even helped me by calling someone who didn't even work with her to find my employers number bc it was unreadable on my w2. She went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend

I started using Jackson Hewitt in 2022, after H&R Block made a terrible mistake. Each year I have scheduled a drop off with Jackson Hewitt.
In 2022 I arrived for my appointment and they had left a note taped to the desk that they wouldn’t be in. Why didn’t yall call me to cancel. I drove 30 minutes to get there.
In 2023 I arrived on time and no one ever showed up. She called the next day and I went in.
This year I scheduled and arrived on time. No one was there , so I called their number and a lady told me she had not heard of anyone running late, so they should be there. I waited ten more minutes and called again. The employee was running an hour late.
Jackson Hewitt. A phone call from y’all would have saved me a lot of time and gas.
Never again.

My husband made an appointment for 4 to get our taxes done. The person left for lunch ten minutes before the appointment time and now at 4:40 has yet to reappear. No answer when I call the number. The automated system says, "don't wait, make an appointment"... Seriously?!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment online, no one ever showed up. I tried to call, the phone system is a joke guaranteed to lead you no where and no one answered. Congrats you've lost my business after being a loyal customer for the last 6 years I'm doing taxes myself on TurboTax!Update****I spoke with Maryanne a very nice lady from the central office who informed me this location is temporarily closed due to a fire! I have an appointment later this afternoon. Happy to give y'all another chance however I feel this situation could have been avoided simply by posting a temporary closed notice on this location! It's bad business to not inform your customers of closings.
