James Smith has been my Allstate insurance agent for over 20 years. April has been his assistant and very capable "right hand" for many years now. Both of them are consummate professionals and always eager to assist in any way needed. I've referred friends to this Allstate agency and they've become satisfied clients also. Whether I'm needing numerous comprehensive coverage quotes when searching for a new/used vehicle or filing a claim when my Lexus SUV was stolen from my driveway, they are quick to respond...helping me get into a rental car ASAP, and making sure I'm informed about the claim process as it's on-going. In my opinion, they go above and beyond for their clients!!
