The parking lot is trashy, too many homeless and drug addicts hanging around. You know the neighborhood is bad when there is a security guard stationed at the door because the patrons can't be trusted.

Trish at the Kroger on Oakwood was very disrespectful! She was the only cashier available so I had to go through her line. I spoke when I walked up and she didn’t reply. Again I said morning how are you? Still no reply. Next question was cash or card? I asked if she was having a bad day she responded no I was just watching something on YouTube. TRISH is what her name tagged said. She was very rude and you shouldn’t work customer service if you don’t have the ability or decency to even say hello.

The store layout is great. The cashiers are super friendly. However, they need more cashiers on the registers. Customers shop large quantities and with very limited cashiers. Check out time is very, very long.

am so disappointed and upset about this supermarket. The cashiers are definitely terrible. Today I had a bad experience. One of the cashiers treated my husband and me very badly. At the end, she was even throwing away our products. I felt so sad because of the way she treated us. He attended as if we were asking for something for free, everything is bought so that these employees come and treat you as if they were giving you the products, the truth is that they should be Check what the treatment is for customers, I'll come back and I'll hear terrible service at Kroger Huntsville 😓

Most of the things on my list are rarely at this Kroger branch. Sadly, all the fruits and vegetables were spoiled. Good location to use your points for gas.

This store needs an overhaul. The floors are dirty and you can tell shelving was moved. The staff do not make eye contact or greet the customer.

Either shut the store down or do better. It’s mid afternoon and the customer service desk was closed! Tried to get out but can’t, because everything is blocked off. If you’re worried about theft, maybe you should hire a security guard who’s not sleep in the electric wheelchairs in front of the freakin store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in Kroger last night, went through self check out. The young lady was on her phone.. There was barley any bags, I had to take bags from the other register to put at the one I was at.. I guess I scanned items to fast so it ended up needing a employee, well I kept waiting, finally she came over talking to somebody on her phone with a ear bud on.. Maybe if she stayed off her phone she could actually do the job she is being paid for..
