Good deals with Kroger Plus, clean, decent selection of groceries, helpful employees. I usually use the self checkout. They are doing some renovations right now so once those are done it will be even better.

I shop here regularly, and I drive an hour to do so this used to be a great store, but for the second time now, one lady employee in particular, is always very rude, I don't know if she is racist or just doesn't like me or maybe hates her job but she is always rude went in today 06/14/2024 at 11:15 am, it's the lady at the self check out. I spend a lot as I only come once a month to get everything we need but it seems like some employees just aren't thrilled to either be there or don't like people. Also there locked in prices that are supposed to be locked in are not always honored at register.

Seeing people walk at the front door with stolen items doesn't make me want or feel safe to spend my money there. The employees are great and they told me.There is nothing they can do because their management Allows it to happen. I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Where they care about the customer.

I love Kroger! The discounts and bonuses rock! The people that work there are nice and helpful. I really appreciate the pharmacy staff. Quality, value and kindness - how can you do wrong with that!!

Shopped here with my Kroger card years ago but my favorite place is the one at Oakwood Avenue. My wife Crystal Harper likes Kroger groceries a lot. We both do like fresh fruits and vegetables. Our family Kroger hahahahahaha

I want to say thank you to Chris at the customer service counter. Most would have rolled their eye's or have been dismissive of someone, which should have known better, to bring in a bill or have their account number to pay a bill. He made eye contact, kept a calm manner, didn't make us feel less than, and was just absolutely so kind.
Chris, thank you. I hope you are treated with the kindness that you give.

Picking up an order should not be difficult, it wasn’t the fact that I received a message stating there was no one to bring my order out but the Store Manager had the device the entire time and once the employee called him, it was a problem as if he did not have time, the young lady had already been paged twice and never came to order pick up, it’s called customer service and he really needs to be coached on his response to employees and customer response, we had already waited outside for 14 minutes and then I came in to wait another 12 minutes, The Store Manager at Kroger (Logan Square) you need to do a much better job than what your doing now, because your service yesterday was more a team leader and just turn in your notice and go work at wal mart your device better fits that environment

When you see it you'll think this is an old store but they have great produce and deli. Seafood and meat are outstanding
