The sales staff really did not know the vehicle I was purchasing. There was almost no discussion about the options available/necessary for my needs. And, some information I was given turned out to be completely wrong. Where have all the good salespeople gone???

It was a horrendous experience. I go to get an oil change and sit there for 3 hours. When I finally ask Scott what is going on with my car he says they found the ABS light on and need to keep it overnight. I’m not upset that they found an issue I’m upset because he never came to me to address it and ask if it is convenient for them to keep my car or I come back at a later time. I tell him it’s not a good time as it’s the only family vehicle I have but he says it’s already torn apart and it is easier for them to just keep it. So I take a shuttle home. I call the next day late afternoon as I’ve heard nothing and Scott tells me the part is on order and it looks like it’s on back order. I tell him I can’t be without my vehicle waiting for the part and ask him to put it back together so I can have it. He says it won’t be put back together till morning. So next day I spend ALL day calling and am consistently transferred between a bunch of ladies who say Scott is busy. So that day I hear nothing and never get a chance to speak to anyone about the status of my car that should have been ready that morning. I finally get ahold of Scott the following day and he says the part came in and they will put it together today and it will be ready for pick up Friday morning. I ask specifically if I should call to make sure and he said no it will be ready. So Friday afternoon after work I go to get my car. When I get there I’m told it’s not ready so I go to speak with Scott. He tells me sorry but the part came in this morning so it’s not ready. I say I’m sorry but you told me yesterday that the part was in and it would be ready today and he snaps at me saying “well I don’t know that’s the note I see on my desk” so I stand their quiet. He tries to get ahold of the tech and in the process of doing that he looks at me and says “if only we lived in a perfect world” when I don’t respond he repeats it twice. I just stare at him because of the rudeness that comment is. A perfect world would have been him coming to me on Monday when I first brought it in saying hey we found this issue, here is my suggestion what do you think. So he tells me to go sit and wait. I wait for almost an hour in a half and I happen to see my car drove into the garage. I wait another 30 mins and I’m never told my car is ready. So I go to check he avoids me and I ask another gentleman JT I believe his name was who helped me immediately and got me my paperwork and keys in less than 5 minutes. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and it all could have been avoided had Scott not made a decision on my vehicle without speaking to me first. Then to be rude to me when he himself ignores my request to get it put back together because I need a family vehicle and then when he himself told me it would be ready Friday morning only to find Friday afternoon it still wasn’t ready is beyond unacceptable. I was never once aggressive toward him and he came at me with unprofessionalism and rudeness. I’d rather pay full price to have my vehicle fixed somewhere else than deal with him again.

I’m usually not one to review but this dealership has had terrible service throughout our experience the last three weeks. We found a tru k we liked online, called and confirmed it was available, drove all the way down from Nashville only to find out it was in the shop being worked on. We were told it was not possible to see it at all since it was on the rack. We decided to raise the issue with a manager whose name is Weston. He was extremely apologetic. Said that unfortunately it happens rarely because of the communications issue with the sales floor and the shop. He told us he would deal with us directly going forward and even offered to drive the truck to Nashville for us to look at it and test drive. We were quite impressed with the way he handled it as he told us he would follow up with us Monday (this was on Saturday 10/18). Let’s just say we still haven’t heard from him and we have called the dealership, left messages, and spoken to a nice lady named Amelia who said she would make sure he got in contact with us. Still nothing. At this point, I question what’s really wrong with that truck and why we can’t get a simple phone call back especially after we drove all the way down there. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We left that Saturday with a high opinion of them despite the error but this is extremely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and don’t drive long distance to see a car or believe what they say.

I drove a long way to see an advertised truck that I confirmed they still had, only to be stunned by the result. The truck in question (3GTUUGED6SG206027) was behind a building with mud all over it, front bumper ripped off, trash and car seat inside.
I wouldn’t buy a truck there if they were selling them on BOGO.

I called before arrival to see if shuttle service was available and the lady said yes. When I get there and ask for a ride back I was informed there was no shuttle service. Had I had known this prior to arrival I would have rescheduled because I needed to get back. Also, I know there is at least one recall on my vehicle but no one said anything and I didn't remember until the next day. You would think that would have been something they check for while the vehicle was there. So I'm not to happy that I have to make another appointment to check for recalls.

Bought a brand new Chevy Highlander which included delivery to Oklahoma. Truck showed up with a big scratch in the tailgate and the dealerships fix was to offer to send me a paint pen to touch it up. The truck was also on a customer loan program which was not disclosed up front. Salesman told me multiple times the manager would call but never happened.

Ben was definitely on his game! From the time Kadence reached out to see what I was looking for up until Ben put the keys in my hand and thanked me for shopping with him was no hassle and easy peasy! Nick back in the finance department was on top of everything in the end and it truly was a very easygoing experience! I'd recommend Ben to everyone that I know needs a car! I appreciate the team of Ben/Kadence/Nick for keeping it painless and rather quick for all the stipulations I tried to put on em! Thanks again !

Worse place to take you vechile for service prices are insane and they made me wait two days just to tell me no one hasn't even been assigned to my truck. Ridiculous have some accountability!

Trustin Dustin came and pick us the day after the car accident that we had, and took us back to the dealership and helped get a car , and got out in a few hours, and Nick took us to his office and discussed things with us, Both gentlemen did an awesome job , and Dustin also full up the car with gas .
