Work was not completed in a timely manner and the service department mislead me as to when it would be ready. I also had a turn signal out which was not repaired or noticed by the service department. Overall a very disappointing experience. I love Nissan, just not this dealer.

This is Rebecca Owen and I want to brag on Mike Sparkman. This gentleman was very kind and helpful. Mike and his team fixed my Rogue in very short time. When I went to pick up my car, Mike was so kind to teach me some things about my car.
I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone who needs their car serviced. It's good to know that they are there to help me in the future. Thank you so much Mike. Have a great day Rebecca Owen.

Great Service from Mr. Mashburn and his team. I have relied on them for servicing my vehicles for years. They're great.

This was the worst service experience I have ever received from a Nissan dealer. It took a total of 3 days because they failed to tell me the mechanic working on my car was off and no one was going to be working on it that day. I will not take my Nissan there or reccommend the dealership to any of my government co-coworkers.

Literally have never had a good experience here. All of the people that work here are so scummy and try to upsell you every time. I DO NOT recommend

Scheduled an appointment for a recall on the Nissan emblem on the airbag for my Pathfinder. I guess I was expecting too much in thinking an appointment was for a specific period of time. Was told it would be half a day just for them to do an inspection and order the parts if needed. It should only require a quick visual inspection and match the VIN to the recall notice. They then expected me to leave my vehicle with them until they got around to ordering the part and installing the part. This gives me the impression that they do not respect the customer's time. Surely the service department can do better. I wasn't willing to allow them to waste any more of my time, so I left. I will be glad to work with their service department if they can provide a reasonable solution that doesn't involve my vehicle sitting at the dealership for numerous days.

Update:Mike and Bill (Service manager) have reached out to me continuously the past 2-3 days and have explained that much of what was responsible for my poor experience was due to a failure in communication due to various factors that was not disclosed to me during the process. They appear to be committed to correcting the situation and have proposed I return my car to them and they will prioritize completing the repairs. I will be updating my review throughout the process, but I admittedly feel much better than I had been initially. My Nissan GT-R was there from July 19 to August 24. A claim was issued August 2. It was apparently not received despite the insurance company being informed it was, so it was resent on the 9th of August. I personally went up there to ensure it was received. I was informed parts were getting ordered by Sammy Williams the morning of the 10th. I was then informed via text on August 14th that Mechanical fixes would be done during that week in which the remaining minor fixes would be done at the body shop. I asked 3 different occasions for an ETA, and was either ignored or redirected. I have a tracker on the vehicle so I was aware it hadn't been moved during the time period that was specified for repairs by Sammy Williams, so I personally went to the shop to get answers August 21. I was told by Sammy that they were just waiting on the tires they were supposed to have been there august Friday 18 but will be there later that day, in which they would install the tires prior to relocating the vehicle to the body shop later that day. However, when asked for an ETA, I was told at least another two weeks at least, which sounded off too me. I revisited Wednesday August 23 as I noticed my vehicle still remained in the same place it had been despite being told it would be at the body shop. Sammy was absent the next two days and no one else knew anything that was going on or what was even done with the car. Visual inspection of the car showed absolutely no work was done despite being told it has been since august 14. The manager had informed me that Sammy had told him a day prior that he intended on sending the car to the body shop for ALL repairs and to have it sent back for repairs that hadn't been done for the rest, which is a direct contrast on what I have been told. I was blatantly lied too, ignored, and let along for about a month in which my car which was slated to have approximately $20,000 worth of damage repaired was not touched. I was already on the fence about this shop considering I'll drop my car off just for an oil change (with an appointment) at 7 am and wouldn't get it back until 2-3 pm most trips, but certainly will not be taking my GT-R here for so much as an oil change ever again and will never recommend this shop to anyone considering the way you all choose to do business. Any service member misses a day of work, there are no backups, and the manager has no idea of what is done, or has been done to any cars. All work stops, which is terrible management in my opinion. Sammy Williams has awful communication skills, deceitful, and a blatant disregard to loyal and understanding customers. I strongly urge others to find another location in which to seek service unless you would like to be overcharged and toyed with in your time of need.

I've spend several weeks here the past few months. The flat out lies that are told to your face or the passing the blame to someone else is an everyday thing. I went in at the beginning of July and ask for 2 things instead they ignored those and wanted to focus on something else that would bring them in more money. I then had to go back three weeks ago and they kept my car because it was too dangerous to drive (but was fine a few weeks early when they didn't want to worry about my concerns) I was told rental would be taken care of then was called and told I owed almost 1000 by Devin (same Devin Richardson that said it was taken care of the week before) when I got there he had to suddenly leave and so I ask to take to the manager bill mashburn who blamed this all on devin and said he would take care of it and me. I was called yesterday and told my car finally ready but I owed that 800 something again. I had papers and they said yes it was zeroed out but just on that paper and added to my account. Sammy "found" me some saving and I had to pay $650 to get my car. So lie after lie after lie. Also as I was standing there waiting I was listening to two other customers coming back for things they had requested to have fixed and now things were worse. I almost giggled to myself and thought wow this happens all the time to everyone I guess. Soooo STAY AWAY FROM THIS NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

I really like this service department. I bought my Frontier in Decatur, but have serviced it here for everything since it’s closer to my house. They have it streamlined, so cars move through quickly for all maintenance. Very organized and fast, compared to any other dealerships I’ve used in the past. They’re friendly, prices are decent for a dealer, and they’re pretty fast.I had an alignment done by them a few months ago after I had a lift installed, and even that wasn’t expensive from this dealer, despite all the electronics that have to be adjusted with a computer.Plan to continue all my Nissan maintenance here!

Service department is a joke. Be prepared to wait an entire day for them to tell you it will be next week before they can even look at your car. Why have appointments if you don’t plan to honor them?Service: General repairs & maintenance

I appreciate this establishment for always accommodating my needs. Unfortunately with my sickness I cancel, reschedule*of course beyond my control; so very flexible without being upset. They try their best with discounts as well since I have purchased many cars there. Nissan products are the best in my opinion with cheap gas mileage, longevity, great customer service.

they're phony, full of crap and fake. don't waste your time with these phonys. had this BS thing in the mail making you believe you won some good prize only to have you come in so they can try to sell you a car. they're clever with their words. Instead offered some plastic 2 dollar headphones or a 5 dollar Walmart gift card.. you heard right, 5 dollars. hard decision whether to hear my music with these headphones for 3 and a half days before they break or get me a single fork utensil from Walmart. stay away from these scumbags.
