Terrible agent. Doesn’t answer your calls and avoids dealing with you.. Terrible customer service. Heaven forbid you have a claim on your home. Nothing. Blames everything on the terrible adjuster they send out and then tells you that’s the only one you can use. Literally every house around me got a new roof and the adjuster she sent out that she says is the only she can use says everything is perfect. Every house on the block got a new roof. I have had other roofers assess it and say it needs to be replaced. On my other property, she got the check and never sent. Said it was her fault but needed this same adjuster to come back and look at the additional damage that occurred as the result of her negligence. Do not recommend her or State Farm. My premiums keep increasing but not her customer service or my ability to get damaged covered.

We've been working with Lara Bryant for over 5 years, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She's helpful, always timely in her responses, and goes out of her way to make sure all of our insurance needs are taken care of. Lara is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable — we always feel reassured that we're in good hands. She’s easy to reach, answers every question thoroughly, and has saved us money while making sure we’re properly covered. She is the reason we stay with her office even though there are 3 towns and several other agents between us. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated insurance agent!

We are slowly moving all of our business to State Farm from Alfa. The main reason of coarse is price but the staff including Katie are very knowledgeable and helpful.
