This LensCrafters left me a little disappointed. While I was very impressed with the doctor, and the efficiency of the business, they refused to give me my pupillary distance. I explained to them that I needed that measurements so that I could order glasses through a third-party, but they refused to do so, so that I would be forced to purchase glasses from LensCrafters. I only went to this business to get prescriptions, not to buy glasses. The person who had the ability to do the measurement, attempted to tell me that they could only do it electronically, and that they had no way to give me that information. That is a flat out lie, as I have gotten pupillary distance measurements from other practitioners in the past. I consider them to be quite dishonest. if you intend to buy glasses from the establishment, then my advice would be to go ahead and go there. If instead, you would like to purchase classes from a third-party, I wouldn’t suggest going here at all. There are plenty of other businesses that will give you the information that you need to get the glasses that you need.

DO NOT SCHEDULE WEEKEND APPTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE IT CANCELLED. My appointment was cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, one I very much needed. “Doctor Sonja informed staff yesterday he’d be in, and then just decided not to come in today” was what I was told. Way to make a good first impression. So frustrating to have an appointment booked days in advance for it to be canceled DAY OF, especially when I scheduled it because of actual issues I’ve been having. Terrible first impression!EDIT- my appointment was now cancelled a second time in a row. Apparently this doctor just does not come in most weekends, but the staff is required to keep his books open. I will be filing an official complaint with the medical board and with LensCrafters. It’s unfortunate that this doctor is associated with LensCrafters because it makes them look bad when it is FULLY the doctor saying he doesn’t want to come in on weekends, but the staff said they are required by law to keep his books pen. This doctor needs to be fired. I give up on having an appointment here and will be looking elsewhere. I suggest anyone else actually wanting to get their eyes checked find somewhere else, with a doctor who cares about their patients. Dr Patel should be ashamed of himself and LensCrafters should be ashamed to employee someone who doesn’t care enough to come in.

The young lady at the retail store went out of her way to help me. She also was very friendly, polite, and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about the glasses, specials, and helping me with my insurance. Overall it was an excellent experience in comparison to other locations.

I am so sorry that I didn't register the names of the lovely folks who helped me. However, they are A++. From Dr. Collins to the sales associates - they take time and care in helping you make a decision. I have never felt rushed or a bother, even when I am taking a long time to decide on a frame. I love their after sales service as well. Overall they are simply the best. Highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience it is worth sharing. I have a small face, and wear progressive lenses, so it is always hard for me to pick out frames. I need something large enough to have enough surface area for distance and near vision, yet small enough not to overwhelm my face. The staff at LensCrafters understood my needs, and were very patient helping me pick out frames. I had three different staff members assist me. They were all very professional, kind, friendly and patient. They made my experience very pleasant. In the end, I found something I am very happy with. I will definitely be returning yo LensCrafters in the future!

Came in from out of town and asked for help with replacing a lost rubber temple tip and Karen helped without any questions asked... Replaced both sides, cleaned my glasses and said "there you go." Very nice and very helpful. Thank you Lens Crafters and Ms.Karen!

Sonya was great! She provided excellent customer service, just the right amount of advice and got me in and out very quickly with my 2 yr old son running rampant thru the store. Definitely recommend this store. Also have the best selection of frames I have found in Huntsville!

Dr Collins French at LensCrafters is meticulous in detail, fast, and very smart. She answers ur questions readily and has fitted me w the best contacts ever for my vision! Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been going for awhile and look forward to seeing them all. They know how important vision is!

I had a great experience here! I’ve never been good at picking out glasses that fit my face well. My optician, Blaire, helped me find a great look. I get lots of compliments. She was also very helpful when I went back in for an adjustment!

I had a set of inserts that I had Lens Crafters make lenses for two years ago that I could not get into the replacement inserts. Jason took me right in and worked the lenses a bit and installed them in 15 mins. Awesome service and did not charge me!

I was in Huntsville from out of town and had some emergency contact needs. Blaire was super helpful and able to fit me with some replacements. Even helped me find a pair of sunglasses while I was there! Very appreciative for great service.
