They said they would not touch the vehicle for anything less than $200 when I wanted a basic roadworthy inspection for a loan. Drove across the road and Honda did it for free. Oil change was decent and the staff was kind, and the place is a clean facility.
Also was quoted over $10,000 for just labor on a rear diff rebuild when another shop found it to be a $400 wheel bearing/hub (labor included) that actually fixed the issue. Service advisor / mechanic did no diagnostics aside from the test drive and jumped to the most expensive repair, so get a second opinion.

I recently purchased a Lexus Certified GX460 from out of state, and it had a bad steering vibration on the drive back home. Lexus of Huntsville Service was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. They understood my frustration, and agreed that a Lexus should not have vibration issues on the freeway. After an initial wheel balance solved the issue, which they covered under warranty, the vibration returned after a few days. I called them back, and they said to bring the truck back, and they'll do a deep dive into the tires, wheels, and suspension. Although I'm not thrilled about the truck issue, I'm confident that Lexus of Huntsville will stand by me, until I'm completely happy with my Certified Lexus Vehicle.

My overall experience with Lexus was marred by disappointment. From unresponsive staff to a prolonged resolution. They were consistently taking messages and passing me along from one voicemail to another. After 3 days, I spoke with Brent that provided insightful information that lead me to Steve who swiftly and kindly provided a solution. I stopped using Lexus of Huntsville’s services because of the challenges of getting good service. Unfortunately, this visit was absolutely necessary.

They told me I needed multiple fixes to my car. Took my car to another repair place and was told I didn't need most of the things they recommended. They're running a scam at this service center.

So frustrated with Lexus Service department! I drive into the parking garage for my 5000 mile service. No one comes to greet me so I assume I’m supposed to go in. This was odd even from the get go. Express Oil Change even offers this courtesy . I then go inside and the 2 people sitting at desks don’t even acknowledge me. Once I do get checked in I’m told it will be over an hour for my tire rotation. I wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours before I get up to go check on the status. The guy said he’d go check. He comes back and tells me it will be another 20 mins. I finally made it out of there 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time.Someone needs to give Lexus service department a class on customer service.If had known beforehand that it was going to take 2 hours for a tire rotation I would’ve considered rescheduling. Mind you, this was a scheduled appointment.A simple update by the employees sitting at their desks looking at their phones would have been nice. And it’s just so easy!!So as not to end on a bad note, there were a couple of positives. There is a nice waiting area with drinks. And there was one really nice guy who did finally greet me.I’ll go back for my second free service but then I’m moving on from Lexus! I prefer Express Oil Change where the employees are happy to see me and care about my time just as much or more than their own.Service: Tire rotations

This place is an absolute clown show. My experiences:Showed up for an appointment and couldn't find anyone in the service department. No advisors. No one at the desk. Had to go to sales and they sent someone to find a service advisor.Showed up for an appointment and they said yeah, I see you have a confirmation email, but we don't have an appointment for you. (They did "work me in".)It took 2.5 hours to get an oil change WHILE I WAITED.It took 4.5 hours to get new tires installed.While waiting on service, our service advisor disappeared and no one knew the status of our car or the advisor.It appears they just skipped rotating the tires on one side of the car because they were worn very unevenly on one side. When I asked about it, my service advisor suggested that maybe I only turn one direction. Sure.At Toyota, Honda, and Nissan service, I'm greeted promptly, they are fast and efficient, and they keep me informed.So much for a luxury experience with Lexus...

Had a great experience working with Ted Edwards, up front and honest. Didn't have much interaction with management but Ted made sure I was taken care of. No pressure and great communication!
