I took my Lexus LX570 in for assessment as the stereo system periodically malfunctioned and the battery would regularly die, despite having a new battery and a healthy alternator. I had taken it in once before, but they said everything checked out. One day after a major rainstorm, I drove up my driveway and water spilled out from the dashboard onto my lap. I contacted them again and said my car is definitely not right, and I think water is getting inside the dashboard somehow. They asked me to bring it in again, and initially they were quite pleasant. After a day or so they said they needed to replace one wiring harness, then it became two. A couple of weeks passed, then it became three wiring harnesses.... I asked them to send pics of progress because when I went in to see what was being done and what these $12,000/ea wiring harnesses looked like they said they couldn't show me. The car had been moved elsewhere (perhaps still on the property, but they could not take me to see it). One mechanic even said it could be traumatic. I've spent decades in healthcare, but okay, I played along.... I asked if they could then just update me with pictures and they agreed, but never did. Eventually they told me they contacted USAA and the car would be totaled out. I immediately contacted my insurance company and they confirmed, although they also indicated there was some odd stuff including some seemingly strange charges accumulated. I contacted the service department, even before my insurance company had time to send me paperwork to agree to total out the car, and they had already gotten rid of my Lexus with all of my belongings inside. No one had signed off on totaling out the car, and they got rid of it! My husband called to talk with the service manager and he claimed they had every right to get rid of my car. The insurance company said absolutely they did not, and should not have until I had authorized it. It has taken me a couple of months to simmer down from this enough to write a review. I was informed by a mutual friend that the owner of the dealership was going to reach out to me. I have not heard from anyone. I would be extremely cautious in working with the service department of Lexus of Huntsville, and personally I will avoid Lexus of Huntsville entirely.

MISGUIDED TRUSTMy wife purchased her '09 GS from Lexus of Huntsville six years ago and has had it serviced/repaired there since purchase. Brought it in for oil change and also because tire pressure light was on even though pressure was at proper levels. Asked service advisor Tammie Johnson to check all tires for nails and diagnose why light was on. She advised there were no obstructions, but needed all four tire sensors because they were all bad. Cost, $200/wheel +++, over $900 total. After a $215.00 oil change, she decided to wait on replacing sensors, leaving the dealership with the light still flashing.Later that day, my wife noticed a nail in her tire, and took it to Goodyear, where they plugged the tire and told her she had one sensor that need to be replaced, which they did for a total of $120.00. The tire sensor light is out.Lexus of Huntsville's service department is no longer 'trusted', and we find it disturbing that they would deliberately give false 'need to replace' information to boost their bottom line.

Willie Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed of the status of my order. Once the car arrived, he ensured that I was reasonably familiar with all the technology, and then he followed up later to see if I had any questions. It was a fantastic experience.

Cannot say enough positive things about y experience at this dealership; I could have bought my LX 600 anywhere but after studying reviews of Lexus dealers in both Alabama and Georgia, the one that consistently kept coming up with nothing but A++ reviews was Lexus of Huntsville, and especially my salesman, Derrick Hill. I know the expression "we treat you like family" is overused in the auto dealership world but I found this to be extremely accurate at this Lexus dealership. I was treated with nothing but respect, courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. No games, no bait-and-switch nonsense and, especially, no talking down to me because I was a woman. (yep, it happens even in 2023, sadly). To then contrary, I felt valued and treated as though my business was valued and appreciated. The model I ordered is extremely hard to procure and during my time on the waitlist (Feb-Aug), Derrick kept me in the loop with whatever info he had on the delivery date of my desired vehicle. If you are in the market for any Lexus model this year, THIS is where you want to purchase it!

I Highly Recommend Lexus of Huntsville!Willie was a pleasure to work. He went above and beyond to enhance my purchase experience. Considering that I am an out of state customer, it was even more impressive that everything went so smoothly. My entire purchase process occurred with Willie over the phone. He kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. The process was seamless. The final price was as we discussed, without any last minute surprises.Upon arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was presented with a big, red bow which was a very nice touch! I appreciated it.My overall experience with Lexus of Huntsville was nothing less than first class service. The entire team presented themselves as true professionals. It was a pleasure working with them.

I went in to have service work done and while waiting I like to walk the lot and see what's there. Unfortunately there were no GX at the time. Jonas came out and got my number and said he would let me know when some came in. A week later they received some in and he sent me a text to let me know. After multiple text and photo messages of the different vehicles he convinced me to come in and look in person. I'm glad I did because he got us fixed up in a new GX configured exactly like we wanted. This was on a late Friday afternoon and everyone stayed after closing time to make sure we got our deal made. It was a great buying experience from all aspects.

From the very first time I called and Dakota took my information, I had the absolute best experience with Lexus of Huntsville. Dakota kept me informed every step of the way. My husband told me that I would have to wait on the purchase of the vehicle, but then he ended up surprising me with it parked in the driveway with a big red bow on top. Dakota went out of his way to make the purchase and the surprise happen, even going as far as personally delivering the vehicle to our house. I highly recommend both Dakota and this dealership. I interacted with several other employees while waiting on Dakota to fill the car with gas before test driving, and they were all very friendly and courteous. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a very pleasant an awesome experience with the staff at Lexus of Huntsville. My salesman, Mr. Willie Aaron was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Lexus. He was very patient, professional, thorough yet warm and customer friendly. He went above and beyond, he made me feel at ease about my purchase. I have never experienced this with any dealership. This is my very first Lexus. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks also to Marcus, the Finance Manager, it was a pleasure meeting his as well very kind and very professional. I finally walked away feeling very confident and proud of my decision. No regrets or second guessing if I receive the best deal . I can say without a shadow of doubt I got way more for less. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I went in for service yesterday. I had a $100 gift card in my truck and did not remember to take it out. It was inside of a book that fell on the floor when I was turning into the dealership. I picked the book up and put it on the seat. Apparently the gift card fell out and onto the floor. When I got back into the truck, they had cleaned the interior and exterior of the truck. I was on my way to deliver the card when I noticed it was no longer in the book. It was also not on the floor. I called Lexus to let them know I could not find the card and to ask the guys in the shop if they had found it while working on the truck. I was on the phone with a friend when I parked and started looking and praying on the phone. While on the phone with her, I said, "There is some good in this world." I looked down and found the card. The shop had taken it off the floor and placed it in my door cupholder. I immediately called them back and told them I would never forget this. Tell the shop, "Thank you" for your honesty. In 2023, we could use a lot more of this!

I’ve been working with the fine folks at Lexus of Huntsville for years. Willie is probably one of the best car salesmen in the state of Alabama. The service department is full of knowledgeable people who are looking help keep you on the road. Overall a great dealership.

I have yet to have a good experience with this dealer. They don't return emails or calls. I've tried to order a new car two times now and they you can't even get an email from them. They ignore you in the dealership even when all the salesman but one is just sitting in their office. They refuse to allow me to test drive a car even though every other Lexus dealer does. Then they refuse to allow you to speak to a manager. This place apparently doesn't like money
