The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean and ready for usage. We did see a unit the had a puddle of water nearby our unit. The magnetic door stop was not working near our unit plus another door couldn’t be opened. They said the owner or maintenance person will be addressing this issue quickly. The grounds crew was very nice how they handled our presents to make sure none of the blowers kicked up dirt near our car. They stopped working in our area and waited until we left the storage unit.

This has been our first experience with a storage facility and I believe we've been completely spoiled! We'll never go anywhere else. We feel like we've been given extra special treatment, but it turns out it is just the way they do things there. Jenny and her team have definitely earned our loyalty!

I have never had a storage unit before but I have heard many horror stories. I can happily say that my experience has not been one of those. I would like to thank Jenny for being flexible and always treating me with kindness, as my situation was pretty rocky. She was always willing to work with me and always a joyful person. There aren't too many people in customer service like her. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
