I first met Logan Smith in 2020 while searching for our family home. Originally, my husband and I were working with another agent (whose name I don’t even remember), but after viewing a couple of houses, that agent handed us off to Logan. My husband was hesitant—Logan seemed inexperienced—but I said, “Let’s give him a chance.”
Well, we made him work for it. Logan took us to what felt like a thousand houses before we finally found the one. Through it all, he was endlessly patient. Maybe he was frustrated underneath it all, but if he was, he never let it show.
Whether he was new or not back then, I can say with confidence that Logan absolutely knows what he’s doing now. He has helped us buy six more houses and a piece of land since that first experience. Most recently, he helped me sell a home. I told him my goals, and he nailed the pricing—within just a couple of days, we had a great offer. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish.
Over the years, Logan has proven time and again that he’s patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to working on my timeline—not his. When I have a question, he gets back to me fast. When I want to see a house, he works around my availability.
I’m grateful we stuck with him (and he stuck with us), and I will continue to work with Logan as long as I’m in Alabama—and as long as he’s a real estate agent.

TL;DR: I would highly recommend Logan Smith at Legend Realty!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I meet a person or a company that I really feels goes above and beyond, I want to make sure other people know too. In this day and age, it can't be really hard to separate the the wheat from the chaff!
I am a first time homebuyer. I was living in Seattle, but in late 2023 my partner and I decided to move to Huntsville to buy a house. My cousin recommended Logan Smith as a realtor and I am so glad she did! Logan was amazing with walking me through the process and worked with me months before my move even happened. He was great with making me feel comfortable with the home buying process which is scary when it's the single biggest purchase of my lifetime.
In a world where sometimes it feels like true customer service has fallen by the wayside, Logan truly went above and beyond for my partner and me. I truly can't say enough good things about him and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. With Logan's help, we closed on a house within a month of moving to Huntsville, AL and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Logan has been a long time friend and helped me purchase my first home a little over a year ago. In the weeks leading up to and after my purchase he helped me clear out the house, paint, sand floors, and many others tasks. He has gone over to my house to check for leaks when I was at work- above and beyond what any realtor has to do. We searched for a house for me for probably a year and out of the blue I found one a few blocks away and Logan was on it.
