I had never been to this jewelry store before and I went in with an old watch that needed a battery, and Zach went back to see if he had one and within like two minutes he came out and the battery was replaced and he had set the time and charge nothing for his time or the battery! That was so nice and he was so polite and friendly. I will go back and I don’t usually go to expensive jewelry stores. Thank you!

Exceptional service! Zack and Jason both went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. This was my first purchase from Loring & Co and the staff treated me as though I had been shopping with them for decades. They educated me on my purchase, answered all my questions carefully and thoughtfully, but most importantly they allowed me to do it at my pace (there was absolutely no pressure)! I feel that I developed such a relationship with them that I will go nowhere else after my experience.

Loring & Co is hands down the best experience I’ve had at any jewelry store. Trent is super friendly and his passion for Rolex is contagious. He even let me tour the service center to see the process of Rolex restoration and all the work that goes into each watch.

Had my 10 year old Rolex serviced at Loring & Co. They did a fantastic job. My Explorer II looks as good as the day I bought it and keeps perfect time. I'm going to have my wife's watch serviced by them also.
