I got my food two hours late and still paid for it in full... plus they left out my sauces for the cheesy bread ? and still waiting for it an hour later smh They use to be my fav. go to when I don't feel like cooking

It just seems like customer service is a lost art. I was having a company celebration lunch and ordered my pizzas (20+) several days in advance. I even called to find out what time they could deliver those pizzas so I could schedule our meeting. I was given a time and therefore planned our gathering accordingly. My noon delivery showed up at 12:51. 51 minutes late!! No apologies, no thank you's (after a $45 tip) no "we'll try better".........nothing. I had even called that morning to make sure it was all still on schedule. All you had to do was tell me you couldn't hit the delivery time and I could have made arrangements. Instead, we all stood around in the cold, waiting for pizza. Don't worry Marco's, we'll go back to Domino's or Little Caesars.We love their pizza - it really can't be beat - but we can't accept that kind of service from someone in the service industry!

This place in normally solid. Made an online order for delivery to my house for the wife and kids over an hour ago. Can't even track the order. No one answers the phone in store. Disappointed

My experience at Marco's Pizza in Huntsville, AL, on Bob Wallace Dr, was nothing short of disappointing. After placing my order online, I was left waiting for over 90 minutes, with the tracker showing "out for delivery" for an hour. Seeking answers, I encountered a rude phone operator who provided no solutions, simply stating, "it will get there when it does." The discrepancy between the website's promised delivery time and the reality was frustrating, especially since online ordering is the only way to access certain deals. The end result? Cold pizza on a Friday night, a stark reminder I could have opted for a DiGiorno at a fraction of the cost back at my hotel. To add insult to injury, my order was incorrect, and my drink was missing. Marco's, this level of service is unacceptable. Either improve or reconsider your business.

Poor service, placed an online order and after an hour and a half I hadn’t received or heard anything, so I called and after 10 minutes waiting on hold, was answered by “we are not taking anymore delivery orders until less you’ve already ordered”. I followed up on my delivery order and was told that it was out for delivery but they didn’t know when it would arrive. So at this point I cancel the order because who wants old cold pizza. The person who answered was more than happy to cancel the order that was already made and out for delivery and made no effort at all to make it right even after I stated that I did t want an old and cold pizza. Management here needs training on customer service and how to keep the customers happy. Loosing a few customers here and there may not seem like a big deal, but eventually it will add up to a lot!!!!!

This is my all-time favorite Marco's location! Our food was great 99% of the time, but when we had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. Our regular delivery drive was the best!! I think we miss him as much as we do the food! Being in our new home just isn't the same anymore without this Marco's location.

I literally live less than 5 minutes away from this location, but I always receive my food last. Tonight it took 1 hour and 15 minutes! Everything was cold. I complained about this before but nothing changes. They even rudely answered the phone saying "no more orders for delivery, oh wait your delivery is on the way". He didn't ask my name, number, or address. I assume they get calls like this often. I just want a refund for this last order and then I'll take my business elsewhere.

They fixed my order wrong.. staff was rude.. so I asked for a refund.. lady at the register didn’t even give me the right amount back. I go to this Marcos quite often, this is the second time they’ve made my order wrong. The first time I didn’t even complain. Do better!!!!
