“I’m giving this store 4 stars because overall it was still a positive experience, even though things didn’t work out exactly as planned.
I originally found a furniture set on the showroom floor and asked if it was available in gray. The salesperson showed me a charcoal gray option, and it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, when the order came in, it turned out the wrong couch had been ordered due to a mix-up with the item number.
When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it wasn’t the one we had discussed. I was told the correct couch wouldn’t be available until May 23rd, which didn’t work for my timeline, so I decided to cancel the order.
The good news is the team handled the cancellation quickly and without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and easy to work with, and I still feel like they offer great deals.
While the mix-up was disappointing, I would definitely consider shopping here again because of the customer service. No harm, no foul—just one of those things that didn’t quite go as planned.”

He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate”
