Front tire with previously installed tube on zero turn went flat, so I removed the tube and patched it, but assembling the tire back on wheel is a 2 man job.... After contacting two zero turn dealers plus close to a dozen of more tire retailers without someone willing to do what seems to be a simple task, I discovered McGriff Best One and do they ever live up to their name.... They fixed my tire in less than ten minutes with two technicians, two pry bars, and a pair of vise grips.... When I went to pay the manager, he refused payment, not even cash. He said I could tip the service techs on the way out the door, if I like, but didn't have to .... Believe me, I had too, being so elated that I would be able to cut grass again and make mama happy again.... If mama ain't happy, nobody is happy.

Took company truck for new tires. They had to order tires. Set up appointment to make it quicker as this is on company time. Waited 2.5 hours and they never touched the truck and I had to leave. Came back on another appointment, arrived first thing and was leaving at 1pm. One tire was 20 psi low and I had a very bad vibration. Returned the next morning and the office guy was in the shop so I spoke with him, he told me it would be a few hours to rebalance and I couldn't wait that long. He didn't offer to put air in the tire that was low just asked for me to bring it back. Took it to Southern Tire Mart where they appreciate the customer!
