Why am I calling the store and nobody answers the phone? Not only does no one answer but they picked up the phone and hung it back up. I understand they may have been very busy but that was absolutely rude. I don't deal with rude. Kind people are my kind of people.

I rate it 5 stars only because of the representative that assisted. He knew his job throughly and had me in and out in no time. Very professional and efficient. I was also recommended to this store from the Bob Wallace Store who was also helpful and professional but did not have the item I needed.

I came in today to get a new phone, This morning 9/7 at around 9:05am. I didn't catch the customer service rep's name but she was black, looked fairly average or short in height shorter than me anyway I am 5'10, and looked a little "heavy set" with box braids or some similar hair style in. She was so rude. I was not rude or anything, I was happy to be getting a new phone. So I asked her do they have any LG phone it stock, she explained they did not..ok that is fine no problem. So I browse for something else. Then I asked about a specific Galaxy model and I wanted to know if she can look on the box or something to see what the limit was on the expandable memory. She said I can't give you the box, I can't let you see the phone. Mind you I did not ask for her to give me the box. I wanted her to locate the 411 for me. SO I said I asked about the specs, all the spec are not located here at the console with all the phones posted. It said the camera specs, and internal memory specs not expandable memory. It did not say at the console what if any the expandable memory was. So I said "it does not say the expandable memory on here." I looked at several other phones they did not have that listed as well. Unless it was in the very fine print at the bottom and I could not read that very clearly. She said well then it doesn't have any. What a idiot. I am sorry but she got snappy with me, she was very rude. I am pregnant and my hormones are a little out of wack. I really wanted to curse her lol you work in a phone store and you do not know what you are talking about, she did not know what expandable memory was or she would not have answered the way she did. She could have possibly looked on the outside of the box, looked online anything. I have never met someone that is a salesman who did not want to sell a product less. I have been coming to this location since it opened. This is where I switched from Virgin mobile to Metro years ago. When this location opened, I will never come back here again. This experience makes me want to switch to Verizon, since sprint and tmobile are the same now. I hope management sees this review because you need polite, engaging reps. And if they do not know something they should try to figure it out not just say no. My phone screen was broken so I could not look up the specs while in store, or else I would have. This was not the first problem me or my fiance have had in this store, but the other reps were always nice and professional and helped me with my problem for the most part. I need a phone today, if there are not verizon stores in the area I will keep metro one more cycle. I will probably leave metro during my next billing cycle. I rather pay a little more for excellent customer service, and for professional people to answer my questions!
