I've been waiting on a stylus to my tcl phone since I've gotten this phone. Once I purchased the phone, the stylus didn't work. I went back in to get a replacement and the replacement didn't work. Going into the new year and I still can't use my stylus!! I was told by the manager that I'd get a call once it came in. It's going on 4/5 months and I still haven't gotten a call. This phone has given me problems since I had it. Took it back in less than 5 days and I couldn't get another phone or a refund. I hate I gave this store another chance. I have a phone that hasn't been working properly since I had it.

Dishonesty just to make a sale. It's disgusting.Specifically asked for the low plan, without any frills with the purchase of a new phone. Told me that autopay was required and the extra amount I was being charged was just "taxes and fees". Yet, when I get home, I see that they signed me up for the expensive plan with all of the extras I specifically declined and they just hid the pricing with all of their talk about "taxes and fees". And all the talk about autopay being required...yeah, it wasn't turned on either.Save yourself the trouble and head down the road to Hwy 72 and ask for Marquis. He'll be straight with you.

I got my 5 year old daughter a Samsung Galaxy J2 on yesterday was Sunday jan 5.2020 it was a Free ? i add her to my account so she can use her on phone to play ABC mouse and StarFall game she was very happy to get it. This was a NEW YEAR Gift to my daughter
