The brisket and bread pudding are described as amazing, with a welcoming and friendly staff. While the gumbo had less kick than expected and the brisket was dry, the red beans and rice and the white barbecue sauce were standouts. Don’t let the location fool you! This is an easy-going spot for a quick bite with authentic Cajun flavors. The food came out fast and tasted like it was straight out of Louisiana. A total hidden gem in Huntsville!

Bought 60lbs of live crawfish for my father-in-law's birthday and had them in a cooler for 2 days on ice only had maybe a 1 lb dead compared to nearly six lbs from A&V seafood.
