With competition throughout Nashville and elsewhere and after much vetting of other lenders, he gave us that small town feel and made the purchasing process of our new house so smooth and easy! He was always available via text day and night, weekday and weekend. He answered all of our questions quickly and honestly. He will be managing our mortgage the entire time (not selling it like other banks). He was very refreshing in the process and has already helped 7 other people that I referred to him and is giving them all the same special treatment we got. I wish all banks were as transparent as South State! I look forward to a close relationship with him and South State over the next 30 years.
