I came to Off The Rack Boutique desperate for a dress for a same day wedding and Shannon was amazing at helping me find just what I wanted. She recommended dresses that looked flattering and also let me know what I should pass on, and I was SO appreciative! I'll continue to shop here because it was such a wonderful and personalized experience. I'd spent the whole previous day at department stores frustrated and Shannon was able to square me away quickly. Love the shop and the value is phenomenal for what you get. Highly recommend! The dresses aren't old and outdated either, very current and in great shape, many new with tags. I'll be a repeat customer.

I stopped I here to look at wedding dresses. They were so helpful and kind! I cannot recommend them enough! Helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel so comfortable! I would definitely come back here again. They had so many beautiful things!

Tons of styles and dresses to choose from! They even have evening gowns, cocktail dresses, wedding dressed, shoes, purses, jewelry you name it! You can try on clothes and the fitting room honestly has good selfie lighting. Will definitely be back!!

If you looking to sell here, just know she doesn’t call you at the end of your contract. So, count your items as theirs once the contract ends and there's no grace about it unfortunately. You don't profit if they make a sale off your items after the contract ends. Also similar to Plato’s closet they don't price items high enough for you to make a significant profit percentage wise just for awareness. Just wish I could get my items back.

This is a fantastic store. Today was my first time in the store. There is a very good selection of clothing, gowns, shoes, and purses.MacKenzie helped me with finding a gown for an upcoming event. She brought many pretty options to try on and was very helpful.She was very personable and made my experience very enjoyable.I am happy to find this store.

This store was very lovely! The ladies working the store were very helpful, guided us through our experience, and were very knowledgeable about the clothes. McKenzie was extremely kind and recommended colors that would look good on you and helped pick out the prettiest dresses!

I rarely do reviews but I will never go to this store again. The staff was so rude. I was in there less than 5 minutes before I decided to just leave due to the way my family and I were treated. I’d highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
