Terrible service. Walked in asking to have my alternator checked and was told the battery tester doesn’t test alternators. You might should stop advertising it on the front windows if it’s a service that cannot be provided. Will not be returning to this store.

This is just one persons opinion now but if you are looking to get the parts you need the first time around or the right part the you'd better go somewhere else because O'Reilly's don't care who they hire or if you have to come back 5 times to get the right part in my book and the price of gas i say they should have to pay your gas after the first time in it's their fault they hired the burger king rejects not us

I went by at 1150 today, a young gentleman, inquired about my visit, I went in for washer fluid, wiper blades, and a funnel. I told him about my issue with my wiper blades since owning my car (not sure why I went into that… it’s been the same way for years with expensive and low end blades over the 6 or so years…); but I did. Curious, he looked at my windshield (it was misting today) and looked at my current wiper blades. He recommended a slightly more expensive blade, that’s designed different than I guess anyone has ever sold me. He installed them patiently and politely and as soon as I started my car… Years old problem finally solved! To boot, they are soooo much quieter than the old ones, I have used in the past. So worth the couple of extra bucks! Soo grateful to be able to get rid of a few year old issue. Thanks for listening and installing both the blades and the fluid. It was nice not to have to do it myself!
