So I placed my pick up order at 11:47 they said it would be ready between 12:08-12:18. Cool. Get to the store at 12:20, he says he doesn’t have it ready yet. That’s fine. I go wait in the car. At 12:39 I come back in and he says it’s still not ready yet.. this is a BASIC pepperoni pizza w/ nothing extra, no sides added, no drink, or anything. He apologizes and his excuse is that he’s by himself, which is fine but I came here a few weeks ago and another guy was buy himself and was much more organized and put together. I can’t imagine if I had somewhere to go. This is why I don’t tip til after receiving the product.

I have ordered from this store a couple times and they have never gotten my order right. This time the pizza showed up completely smashed and inedible and I had to take it back to the store. The entire staff came out to defend the supervisor on duty like I'm a criminal for complaining. The only compensation for the order was making a new order which they still got wrong. This store of absolutely horrible. Don't even bother and find another one. If I could take a picture I would let you see what to expect from this restaurant.

Normally this place is pretty good and a staple in our monthly food choices. But they were advertising "The most chessy" deal. So i decided to try it, below is what I got. Almost no cheese and bread was dry as a rock. Also they have been skimping on the sizes lately, larges really come out as mediums. I should have looked before I left the store, don't make the same mistake as me. I won't be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would whoever the Lashanda More and *possibly*the General manager Kendrick is absolutely without a doubt do not need to be in customer service at all (i always leave good reviews and try not to leave any negative stuff because im in customer service i get it) but the girl deserves to be put through alot more training..i am a customer who bought a 30 dollar order IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON (not in any type of rush)..for my employees, the order said delivered...but I never received it...so I called literally all day long and no one answered then around 8:15pm someone finally answers and puts me on hold for 10:28, so I called back..all I asked was basically what happened, my bank took the money out and the app says delivered, the phone kept going in and out, the girl had such a bad attitude and was telling me how I was wrong and needed to let her speak and that her GM was sitting right beside her listening....I said I don't know what's your problem but the phone keeps on going in and out, it's not me and all I want to know is what are yalls names so when the money isn't put back into my account I have proof I spoke with someone and the lady kept on being very rude, when I asked to speak with the manager, she put me on hold and hung up. When I called back they picked up and hung up over 3 times.. now something needs to be done about that..for real.. when you got paying customers who haven't done anything wrong you don't blame them, yell at them, or have such a bad attitude with them ESPECIALLY after calling all day and then being put on hold for over 10 mins, come on now "do better". If it was them on the other end they'd be worried to.. now I do have to mention i nerve spoke with the actual manager Kendrick the girl lashanda said his name and said he was the GM and he was sitting right there listening, its almost like she was acting like I was saying things to her when I wasnt at all, she wasn't making any sense example: I asked her for her name and told her the phone was going in and out and she replied " are you going to let me talk! Am I going to have to repeat myself over again, I already told you what the problem was, are you going to let me talk!!!.. and I literally hadn't said anything but one time...so I'm not sure if the Kendrick manager was actually listening or not so he may not even be apart of this.. I get yall are short staffed, we are too but I'd rather be short staffed and have goof customer service than short staffed and horrible customer service..so I'm definitely going to cooperate with it..and I hate that it comes to that because that is not at all the type of person i am.but I'm hoping the girl can get some correct training and learn how to deal with situations correctly. I don’t know how to tell you all, but they do everything barehanded no gloves….and the guy that makes your dough also takes orders and doesn’t wash his hands. Risk of eating out and letting others make your food maybe? Idk but I think the pizza dough residue residing on the dough maker/order takers beard pushed me to the limit. I 100 percent will never come back here

I'm not sure what happened but Half of the pizza ended up inside the other half. How does that even happen. We saw our delivery driver quite upset on the ring and him getting a little violent with the pizza. Not the pizza! The driver was informed we were not home and to leave the pizza at the door.

The last thing I need to think about is some big ugly bare hand picking up the pepperoni for my pizza! Your ad showing Shaw picking up a Shaw handful of pepperoni makes me want to gag. At least make him wear a glove! If you’re showing this on a national TV ad, I can only imagine how unsanitary your kitchens are. I’ll never buy another PJ pizza again.

I wish I got the name of the person who "helped" me this morning. I had a larger order (10 Pizzas) pre-scheduled with another Papa John's location that called me the morning of and explained that the power was out and they weren't able to complete the order. No biggie, they can't control that. I called this location and they thankfully answered. I tried to explain the situation to him just to be cut off and told that they are closed. (why did you answer then??). He continued to disregard what I was saying and cut me off to say that it doesn't matter what was going on at the other location because they aren't the same...I know that. I started to tell him I understand that and I have already canceled that order and wanted to start a new order with him, and that it was a large order so wanted to them as much notice as I could. He repeats himself and says "well, we are closed" and HANGS UP on me.

Do not use the app, if you make any mistakes in putting your order. The store manager will basically tell you sorry about your luck. You want a discount to order again? No and I won’t order there again, and I won’t grow tired of telling people about anytime soon. The app is not user friendly and I anxiously waiting to see if the customer service representative can get my refund…

I just received my pizza from this location. It was totally uncooked! They told me to call doordash and get it straightened out.I told papa john's employee on the phone doordash only delivers,and they're not responsible for an uncooked pizza. The man I talked to on the phone told me to do what ever I wanted to do. Do NOT get your pizza delivered from this location!

I asked for no sauce on my pizza do to an allergy and it still had sauce on it. I then called to ask for a new pizza and I could come pick it up and show them the other one but the lady on the phone became rude and said that we ordered it with sauce. Even though on my receipt it clearly said no sauce! when I went to go get my money back the manger with the afro and the lady with the giant bug eyed glasses were very rude to me and made comments about how I messed up my own order right in front of me as if i wasn't there. If these papa johns members don't have the decency to treat me like a human being after i was polite to them then why should i bother giving them my money for their terrible service. I would give them no stars if possible

I think this is the first time in My 30 years on Earth that I've ordered a pizza and both of them didn't come cut. I'm glad I had a pizza cutter.

My group and I ordered Pizza to be delivered QR hotel from this location. They were running behind, do not notify us, had the tracker app say that they delivered our pizza which they never did, refuse to answer the phone when we called back multiple times. When we finally got a hold of somebody trying to order new pizza she refused to take her order and told us to call back and dial the extension that would not answer with no voice-mail option or any method of further recourse. After waiting an hour for any word from them we were forced to start the process over with a different restaurant with some hungry and angry folks. Do not order from here it is a waste of your time. Poor service poor management all around horrible experience
