My dogs have been groomed at this Petsense location since they opened. This past week my dog was groomed and they plucked his ears. The package says it will cover ear cleaning and not plucking. He has scabs in his ears that are crusted over. They nicked the inside of the other ear with something that has caused a blood blister to grow. I called and spoke to the groomer she told me that he had a lot of hair in the ear so she pulled it out. I said it should not have been done that aggressively. She transferred me to the manager, Tonya. Tonya proceeded to scream at me and cut me off every time I tried to explain the situation. She told me they did not pluck his ears. Even though the groomer I just spoke to that actually worked on him said that she did. Tonya also said there was so much hair that it honestly should have been handled by a vet. And I totally agree. So why would they try to address it themselves. I have been a faithful customer and referred many people to their grooming department. But the unprofessionalism was wild with the manager of this location.

I pulled up 3 mins before they closed to run in and grab something real quick. Not cool I know, but regardless before closing time. Sign says 6pm, not 5:57pm. As I pulled up a customer was walking out and the employee (drives a white Ford escape) looked directly at me, closed the door and locked it, and walked away. When I walked up to the door they would not come to it. I'll be contacting corporate directly. Very poor customer service. 👎

We were there for an event hosted by the Huntsville animal shelter and Nucor Steel. We had several dogs up for adoption and there was.no adoption fees thanks to Nucor Steel. Nucor also contributed approximately 500 lbs. Of dog food and cat food to the shelter. It was hot 🔥 but we had 4 dogs adopted! It was a great.time for the beautiful animals 😍 ❤️!! Watch for postings for dates 📅 that it will be put.on again. Pray for the homeless 🙏 animals and keep them in your thoughts.

Asked for a product which an employee said they had. I asked the price, they went and told me the price I told them great I haven't been able to find that. Drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back to find out that they lied to me and never had a product remotely close to what I was looking for. Wasted over an hour, gas and frustration for a careless employee. Place was not well maintained there were multiple messy shelves and the employees just really didn't seem to care. Very disappointed.

Love, Love, loved this place! So much selection. Just relocated from Seattle and we got a new pup so stopped in for some treats. Girl helping me was so helpful and kind.

Nice new building, clean environment, friendly workers. We came for a cake for my son's fur baby but there wasn't any available. And there was nothing posted online or in-store about when new cakes are available or if one should call and place an order. But other than that we found everything else we needed. They also had a large selection of fish 🐟 all tanks were taken care of and very clean and all fish seemed very healthy and vibrant! Will be returning in the future.
