Did a beginner training class taught by Keri B and it was great! She was so knowledgeable and super friendly and loved all the dogs in the class. I was having so much trouble controlling and walking my dog before this, but after using the things I learned in this class, he has improved majorly! She even took the time to make a cute graduation hat that would show up better in photos on darker dogs like mine :)

I'm going to buy two fish and the manager won't sell them to me because they don't fit in my fish tank. Do you know her? and I see that I buy with my money because of people like you. The country is damaged. I was a client now. I prefer to go at an hour.

When I called the groomer to see if my dog could get an appointment. Person on the phone was not friendly and acted like she had no clue how to do her job. Definitely will never book my dog here .

Went in for fish and had a ton of questions. Willow was absolutely impressive and incredibly helpful! There wasnāt a question we had that she didnāt know the answer to. She was very good at multitasking and also giving us more information and tips than we were able to find during our research. Highly recommend asking for her when shopping this location.

This was our first time bringing our pets to Petsmart. We had to pay before ever seeing what the dogs look like. There was hair everywhere, now donāt get me wrong I understand that itās a dog grooming salon, but sweep up between your clients. I had to ask the girl to sweep the floor before bringing my dogs through. I didnāt want them to trample through the mound of hair!!! They received baths and brush outs. They look great!!! Seemed like they were very happy. Our issue was with the bather Libby. She was not friendly at all! She was very negative and came across as not being comfortable around dogs at all. We have been to a few different groomers and this was the first time anyone has ever said that one of our dogs tried to bite them. Licked them yes, peed on them yes but bite never in his three year life. That comment made us say that we will not bring our dogs back there.There was a dog named Onyx(black poodle )who was on the grooming table and one of the ladies was yelling at him. So I am leery of Petsmartās grooming practices. This is the Petsmart on University Drive. Side note I will never wait until the last minute to schedule at our regular groomerā¦..lesson learned!!

So disappointed. We dropped over 200 for fish. We were sold a sick fish and it has killed multiple fish in our tank because of cross contamination. Sandi was incredibly disrespectful to my significant other about returning the fish. I am seriously upset. I will never return to this store because of lack of professionalism.
