If I could leave 0 stars I would. Petsmart (Huntsville, AL- University location) injured my dog while grooming and has ignored me, ignored corporate, and downplayed the severity of this situation for over 2 weeks (at this point in time). I have had to call corporate 4 times to get resolution and justice for my fur baby. The staff at the local petsmart have shown no regard or consideration for this matter. I'm quite sure they are waiting for the footage to be erased before responding back to me. After my dog was injured, he needed to undergo sedation and received several stitches- what the vet identified as a minor surgery all for what should have been a bath and full groom service. The negligence and lack of accountability is unfathomable. I question the ethics of how this location does business and recommend an investigation as well as training for all employees involved. Hopefully this is not how corporate approves of their branches treating customers and their fur babies. It's beyond disgusting.

Booked dog grooming for small dog. Arrived and was told it would take 4 hours. Why bother to schedule an appointment when they triple book your time slot. We canceled and left. Very disappointing with this location.

I use PetSmart in Huntsville on University for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and my pet looked and smelled amazing after the grooming session. I appreciate the care and attention to detail they showed, making it an awesome grooming destination.

Got some really great help yesterday from Julie. She helped us to get the hamster! We visited this store first time and a friendly and helpful nice lady met us. We looked for friendly hamsters that wouldn't bite us. Julie showed us many hamsters, and we picked up one! Thank you so much!

I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Dead fish every tank. To me as a lover of all animals. Fish r animals they need to have the same respect as our other furry and feathered friends. Some of these fish r sick...but u still sell them. Some of these fish have been dead for days.

?TURKEY TENDON UPDATE ?BEEN 6 WEEKS AND OUT OF STOCK DENTLEY'S TURKEY TENDONS.Unfortunately I have 2 Westies that only snack for turkey tendons.What's a mama too do? I wrote PetSmart about the situation, they were no help, they actually are clueless to the whole situation and did not seem to care, blown off.I had real trouble trying to locate turkey tendons for dogs. I had to TURN OFF my Googles tracking/location. Once done, I was able to find products easier.I did not realize that I could have been purchasing USA MADE TURKEY TENDONS this whole time! I don't trust PetSmart, I found a recall on their DENTLEY' products, highly toxic contamination due to how foods were kept. They stored products in used TOXIC CHEMICAL barrels.SANCHO & LOLA'S CLOSET 100% TURKEY TENDON USA MADE!!!! 1~ INGREDIENT ~ With sale price and free shipping, I scored HUGE & ain't bothering with PetSmart anymore!

I've attempted to make two grooming appointments without success. I had to reschedule the first appointment and when I arrived I found they had no record of the new time. I decided to try again and made an appointment for the following week and called to verify and was told there was no record of my appointment. I think the front desk needs to be retrained so that's it for me. It's not worth the hassle.

3 stars because staff that was available was friendly and place was nice and clean and well put together. Minus 2 stars because why online and on the store doors does it say you close at 9 but I go in to purchase a single fish around 8:20 and I’m told the store isn’t selling any pets right now because they are close to closing and denied me to buy it. Now I would understand if I had came in at 8:45 or closer to 9:00 but it was only 8:20 and I had tried to rush and get there after work just to purchase this single fish. It was also stated that they were short staffed which is also understandable I guess but the store wasn’t busy at all and it would have taken less than 10 minutes to purchase said fish. Im just very upset with the fact that I rushed to get there before it got too close to closing for the store and was denied to purchase one single fish. I’m not sure who to talk to about it but if you cannot provide service to customers your doors need to be closed.
