Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. Miss Dora, Nikki and Miss Patsy are always prompt and courteous. Even though PNC Bank is a large conglomerate, this branch feels like a hometown bank.

I highly advise to find another location or avoid PNC all together... Made the mistake of accepting their finance on a vehicle *never again* it has been nothing but a headache... Advance machines are always down, so can never make my payment leaving me to travel to several locations before I find one that works... Online payments is not a option unless you have an account there, which will never happen as dysfunctional as this bank is... 10 people working including the annoying person that stands up front annoying everyone with questions when they don't assist at all, but only 1 employee working so takes forever while others stand and stare instead of helping... Let's not forget the multiple calls repeatedly constantly asking you to make a payment over the phone and they are all foreigners that are similar to spam and scam calls that you can't even hardly understand, but yet want you to give them all your banking and credit card information *NOT*... Worse bank I have ever had dealings with

I highly DO NOT recommend banking here. I was racially profiled and falsely accused of something that I had nothing to do with. THE WORSE AND MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. Husband had to add me to the account he created for us so we come in. I asked to use their restroom and they said they do not have any public restrooms. Umm, I'm trying to bank here. They said it was due to COVID but they had no mask policy? Weird. So then we go through the making of the account. Then I get a letter saying that I have to come back in to verify my birthday and social, like the person who created our account didn't do it on the initial visit? And that they would cancel my account if I didn't get with them within 10 days.I call tell them my info and the lady asks me when I can come get my debit card made. I had told her initially I just wanted it mailed so I remind her I just want it mailed to me.Fast forward to today when my husband and I find out that our account has been cancelled due to no activity, even though we had direct deposits. This is absolutely absurd. I couldn't even have activity on the account because I never received a debit card.I should have known the second they wouldn't let me us the restroom that they wouldn't be a bank I would want to bank with. Terrible.

Went to my local pnc bank to buy euros. Asked about fees and if they tacked on anything to buy euros. Told no it was at whatever the exchange rate. Exchange rate was $1.01 to euro. Was charged $1.09. Thought it was high as euro/ dollar were close to parity. So they do charge extra to exchange which is ok if told to customer upfront. Did a little digging. 1.04 at RFCU. PNC one of if not the highest in town. Just because your a customer do not expect a good deal. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. Check exchange rate before you leave home.

Worst banking experience ever why give me a card where I can’t set up my pin and I have to wait 2 months for a pin 3 phone calls later. PNC and BBVA are the worst banks you can bank with. How are people suppose to trust you with there money when you can’t even get a PIN number I miss chase bank ?????????

Arrived at this branch to discuss opening some new accounts. There were 3 representatives in their offices, but no one would take the time to help us. One representative wasn't even working and was just chatting with a friend. I waited for 20 minutes and one representative even left and went to lunch without helping us. Very disappointed at this poor customer service. I would not recommend this branch.
